Kris Irons: Certified Personal Trainer

I am a certified personal trainer dedicated to helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies. Fitness isn’t just about lifting weights or logging miles—it’s about creating a routine that works for YOU and making it something you genuinely enjoy. I understand that everyone’s fitness journey is unique, which is why I take a personalized approach. Whether your goal is to build muscle, lose weight, boost endurance, or simply feel better in your daily life, I’ll craft a program tailored to your needs, lifestyle, and experience level. I’ll be there to support, challenge, and celebrate your progress every step of the way. Philosophy: Believe in yourself and you will be unstoppable, nothing will work unless you do the work. I believed I could so I did!

My passion for fitness began over 25 years ago and became an obsession in 2012! I’m a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor (AFAA, ASFA) with additional certifications in Insanity Live, Silver Sneakers, Vinyasa Yoga, Youth Fitness, Boxing, and Nutrition Science. I also specialize in working with individuals diagnosed with Parkinson’s and recovering from cardiovascular rehab, and physical therapy. I’m all in when it comes to my clients—their goals are my passion, and I love seeing their confidence grow. I strive to be my best to inspire them, emphasizing a balanced approach to fitness. Strength training, cardio, flexibility, and proper nutrition are all essential for lasting success. My philosophy: Fitness enhances emotional, mental, and physical well-being. Discipline is key, but so is moderation—let’s make the most of the one life we have!
