It is an event where we set aside ego and come together to raise awareness and funding for our Service Officers. Walt’s Women of Steel group training use various exercise modalities and methodologies from HIIT, to circuit,  to conventional strength training, to impact all areas of fitness: Muscular Endurance,  Muscular Strength, Cardiovascular health, Flexibility and Body Composition. Walt is well versed with a wide assortment of fitness tools to help keep workouts intense and ever-changing. This 6-week program will motivate you to be the best version of your healthiest self. Total body conditioning involves both strength and cardiovascular exercise. 13th Annual Free Boot Camp at Independence Park with Adriana Ferns

Bristol Total Fitness and Bristol Parks and Recreation are teaming up to create a healthier community. Join Adriana for this free boot camp, open to the public. Bring your friends and family! Enjoy the fresh outdoors and downtown Bristol!

Natural Movement (Movnat) Demo with Adriana Ferns

MovNat is a school of physical competence for the real-world. Training will include an assessment before and after, a group training session, and 5k homework. Julie’s goal for you is to join her to run/walk/jog and finish the Fairhaven Tukey Trot.
