Bristol Total Fitness is hosting a Blood Drive for the Rhode Island Blood Center. The blood center distributes blood products to hospitals in Rhode Island and Southern New England. Spin for Weight Loss with Gina Ferrara

Spinning for Weight Loss is an 8-week program that is a new approach to getting fit and losing weight.  It is NOT a diet - it is a plan you can live with!

This program will be all about Healthy Habits, and nutrition, and include plenty of calorie-burning Spinning rides.  Each week will focus on introducing 2 new Healthy Habits that you will incorporate into your daily routine. Each day you will track your progress, which ensures accountability and allows you to earn points as you continue through the program.   The top 3 participants with the most points at the end of the program win a prize!

Whether you are new to Spinning or a more experienced cyclist, this program is open to all who are interested in changing their lifestyle and learning new Healthy Habits.

Requirements:

  1. All participants MUST have a heart rate monitor.
  2. For individuals who are new to Spinning, there will be an Introduction to Spinning class before the start of the 8-week program.
  3. All participants MUST attend the Heart Rate Training session so that your heart rate can be accurately calculated for each Spinning Energy Zone.
