Can I Freeze my membership over the phone or by email? We do not take membership freezes over the phone or by email. We need proper, trackable documentation on file to ensure the data is entered in a timely and correct manner. A phone message or an email may get lost in the daily shuffle. Having a hard copy of your freeze from protects you from any type of overcharging.

I understand that my membership may be placed on hold for a fee of $5 per month (one month minimum) with 15 days written notice to the address above prior to the 1st of the month I wish to freeze. ______init.

I understand that I am in full control of my payment and may withdraw this authorization simply by completing a withdrawal form in person, or via certified mail posted to address above, giving a 30-day notice prior to the date of billing (1st of the month regardless of the initial joining date). I understand that no portion of the initiation fee will be refunded if I cancel the agreement pursuant to this paragraph.

How old do I have to be to join the gym without a parent or guardian? You must be 18 years old to legally sign a contract. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have a parent or guardian accompany you to sign your contract initially.  Members 16 years of age or older are allowed to work out on their own. Members under 16 years of age must always be accompanied by a parent, trainer or instructor while on the gym floor.

For a 1-Day Pass or 7-Day Pass do I have to be a local resident? Yes, you do need to be a local resident. The purpose of the pass offer is to grow our membership within our local community.

Why was I charged an extra $5 for my monthly billing? See examples below:

  • Declined Credit Card, Debit Card or ACH (Checking Account)
    • New Credit/Debit Card
    • New Credit/Debit Card Expiration Date
    • Lost or Stolen Credit/Debit Card
    • Insufficient Funds (Checking Account or Credit/Debit Card)

The credit card merchant charges us $5 we pass this fee on to our members.
