Regular Hours Columbus Day 10/14: All morning group fitness classes will run normally after 8am. All afternoon/evening classes & babysitting are canceled.

Halloween 10/31: All afternoon/evening classes and daycare are canceled.

Are you in need of some fitness N-Spiration? Join Julie for this 6-week group training that will motivate you to achieve your health and wellness goals. She will challenge you with interval workouts with a variety of equipment to improve your strength and cardiovascular fitness. Enjoy working out with fellow participants to push you to the next level of fitness. The program will include a: fitness assessment, weigh-in at the beginning and end of the program along with a weekly email with fit tips and recipes. Julie will N-Spire you to believe fitness is fun! X-Training Plus with James Simmons

This 8-week program is built around the strength and cardiovascular conditioning aspect to building muscle, gaining strength and burning fat. A co-ed program for anyone looking to improve his or her overall fitness and to be pushed out of their comfort zone. Workouts will include many different types of equipment like kettlebells, plyometric boxes, sandbags, rowers, battle ropes and much more. Weekly fitness and nutrition tips will be provided. Let James help you achieve your goals using the latest and most effective methods. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Total Fitness for Women with Stacia Abdow

Total Fitness for Women is an 8-week group-training program under the supervision of our certified personal trainer, Stacia Abdow. The program is for women of all fitness levels who have a desire to be the best they can possibly be. Learn how to make your workouts more effective with workouts tailored to your needs and goals. Accountability and support from your trainer and group will help you reach your goals. Stacia will provide each participant with written workouts to follow outside training times, nutrition guidance for pre and post workout meals, and measurements to keep your progress on track. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Kristine DeMelo joined Dartmouth Total Fitness in 2010. She has attended many group classes throughout that time frame, but every Saturday morning is always reserved for Carrie’s Spin class! Kristine has been working out consistently for 37 years, with different combinations of weight training and cardio. She attributes her great physical and mental health to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. A mantra she follows is, “If you don’t take care of your body, where will you live?” Kristine “appreciates the friendly atmosphere at DTF. There is no gym intimidation and the staff is always pleasant.” Congratulations Kristine!
