Summer Class Competition

Join the challenge! Stay fit through the Summer months and get rewarded. Each time you come to participate in a group fitness class fill out a ticket at the front desk and place it in the fishbowl. Winners will be awarded at each of the Total Fitness clubs. See the prize below.

Total Fitness School Supply Drive

Total Fitness is teaming up with the United Way for a school supplies drive. We will be collecting pencils, pens, notebooks etc. for children in need. There will be a box to put your donations in the gym foyer, or it can be handed to the front desk. See our flyer in the gym for a more detailed list of supplies.

7th Annual Free Boot Camp at Independence Park with Adriana Ferns

Bristol Total Fitness and Bristol Parks and Recreation are teaming up to create a healthier community. Join Adriana for this free boot camp, open to the public. Bring your friends and family! Enjoy the fresh outdoors and downtown Bristol!

Woman of Steel with Walter Medeiros

Join this 8-week progressive strength-training program for women focusing on all aspects of fitness including cardiovascular & muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and body composition. Participants will enjoy the camaraderie of working with a group in a fun and encouraging atmosphere to achieve results. Workouts will consist of weight, balance and flexibility training with cardio intervals to focus on core strength. All fitness levels welcome. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Classes are based on fitness level, participants must contact Walter prior to the program at waltermedeiros@totalfitnessclubs.com. Group Training can be prorated so you can jump in at any time where this is availability.

Train-FIT with Laurie Roderick

Do you want to burn maximum fat and tone your body? Laurie's group training is for you, in 8-weeks you will improve your cardiovascular fitness along with strength, and endurance. Fun high energy total body conditioning workouts for participants that want to focus on their physical health and performance. Fitness and nutritional guidance are included. All levels of fitness welcome. (min. 3 max. 8 participants)

Weight Loss Clinic with Walter Medeiros

Participants will undertake a 10-week program that will combine personalized dietary guidelines for each individual along with a weekly group training session which will help build camaraderie amongst participants which will help you overcome many obstacles. Also included, weekly weigh-ins followed by a “group therapy” session to ultimately lose as much weight safely as well as to allow for the greatest amount of success to keep the weight off.

Classes are based on fitness level, participants must contact Walter prior to the program at waltermedeiros@totalfitnessclubs.com. Space is limited, participants must sign up 1 week in advance and pay for 1/2 of the program to reserve a spot. (Friday - min. 3 max. 6 participants) (Saturday - min. 3 max. 8 participants)

Men of Iron with Walter Medeiros

This 8-week results driven strength training program for men focuses on total body fitness. Walter uses the science of muscle confusion to get you in the best shape of your life by constantly challenging your body with new moves each week. Achieve fitness gains along with nutritional guidance to reach your health and wellness goals. Participants will enjoy the camaraderie of working in a group atmosphere and gain overall confidence. All fitness levels welcome. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Angela Dimartino joined Swansea Total Fitness in October 2018. She was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis 25 years ago, but in 10 short months, she has made drastic changes and continues to pursue her progress and success. Angela comes to the gym twice a week and also trains with Jim Nolan. She has gained a stronger balance without holding onto an object for support. “Every day I struggle to get out of bed, but thanks to Jim, I am stronger today than I was yesterday” Angela thanks Jim for making her feel comfortable and helping her become stronger physically and mentally. A Great work Angela!
