Sarah, a dedicated mom of four, transformed her personal fitness journey into a lifelong passion. After losing over 100 pounds and maintaining her results, she’s devoted to living an active, balanced lifestyle. Her mission is to empower others to find their inner strength, boost confidence, and develop sustainable habits that work in everyday life. Her philosophy: “Consistency is the key to long-term success.”
James became a certified personal trainer in 2010 & D.S.W. certified 2013. Since becoming a trainer he has built a wide range of long-standing clients from children, senior citizens, Mixed Martial Arts & Brazilian jiu-jitsu champions. Philosophy: “Fitness success isn’t some secret combination of exercises or a trendy diet. Intensity and consistency are what it really boils down to.”

Julie’s love for fitness gave her the drive to get Group Fitness Certified in 2004 & AFAA Personal Trainer Certified in 2009. Julie has a great passion for fitness and loves to coach her clients of all ages to build a strong foundation for a healthier lifestyle. Her Philosophy is “Through the use of motivation, accountability, consistency & the proper nutrition everyone can achieve their fitness goals.”
