Carol Ann began her career in fitness in 2013 as a Zumba instructor. She had a passion for high-intensity training, but soon she became interested in weight training. As a mom of two boys, Carol Ann understands how difficult it is to balance life and fitness, but also, how important it is. She also loves motivating people to reach their goals. Training philosophy: “Forget skinny, get fit and healthy!”

Tony has been a personal trainer since 2015. He believes that bettering yourself inside the gym transcends into bettering yourself in life outside the gym. Training philosophy: “It’s not about what you get. It’s about who you’re becoming. Become the strongest version of yourself.”

Tammy began her fitness career after losing over 100 lbs with diet and exercise. She became AFAA Group Fitness certified in 2011 & AFAA Personal Training certified in 2012. Tammy’s love for fitness drives her to help others accomplish their health & exercise goals. Philosophy: “I believe that strength comes from weakness and our bodies are capable of far more than what we think.”

Walter has been a personal trainer since 2001. He brings a wealth of sport and fitness experience derived from his time as a track athlete, collegiate football player, coach, bodybuilder, an officer and fitness trainer in the Army. Walter was a perennial recipient of the Army Presidential Fitness Badge and his Philosophy is “Giving my clients not only the motivation but also the knowledge to get fit & stay fit.
