Pilates Studio Holiday Open House
Pilates Studio Director, Dawn Casella is excited to invite you along with your friends and family to learn more about Pilates. A Wish Come True Polar Plunge

A Rhode Island tradition, the Polar Plunge on New Year’s Day has raised much-needed funds over the years to help A Wish Come True grant the wishes of children ages 3-18 who live in Rhode Island and areas of Southeastern Massachusetts. Winter Weight Training with Adriana Ferns

Join Adriana for an 8-week program that will focus on different methods of weight training. This low impact training is great for beginners or if you are looking to improve your lifting form and technique. Workout homework will be provided along with weigh-ins (on request). Winter Survival with Dawn Casella

Get back on track after the holidays with this 4-week group training for all fitness levels. Workouts are designed to improve your overall health and well-being in a fun and friendly atmosphere. Training sessions incorporate weights, TRX, bands and mat work that can be modified if needed. Participants are assisted in reaching their personal goals in a supportive team atmosphere. TRX Suspension Training with Adriana Ferns
Break out from your old routine and join Adriana for this 8-week program. Rock Your Resolution with Stacia Abdow

Total Fitness for Women with Stacia Abdow

Total Fitness for Women is an 8-week group-training program under the supervision of our certified personal trainer, Stacia Abdow. The program is for women of all fitness levels who have a desire to be the best they can possibly be. Learn how to make your workouts more effective with workouts tailored to your needs and goals. Accountability and support from your trainer and group will help you reach your goals. Stacia will provide each participant with written workouts to follow outside training times, nutrition guidance for pre and post workout meals, and measurements to keep your progress on track. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Weight Loss Clinic with Walter Medeiros

Participants will undertake a 10-week program that will combine personalized dietary guidelines for each individual along with a weekly group training session which will help build camaraderie amongst participants which will help you overcome many obstacles. Also included, weekly weigh-ins followed by a “group therapy” session to ultimately lose as much weight safely as well as to allow for the greatest amount of success to keep the weight off.

Classes are based on fitness level, participants must contact Walter prior to the program at waltermedeiros@totalfitnessclubs.com. Space is limited, participants must sign up 1 week in advance and pay for 1/2 of the program to reserve a spot. (Friday – min. 3 max. 6 participants) (Saturday – min. 3 max. 8 participants)

Woman of Steel with Walter Medeiros

Join this 8-week progressive strength-training program for women focusing on all aspects of fitness including cardiovascular & muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and body composition. Participants will enjoy the camaraderie of working with a group in a fun and encouraging atmosphere to achieve results. Workouts will consist of weight, balance and flexibility training with cardio intervals to focus on core strength. All fitness levels welcome. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Members that Inspire Us


Barbara Smith joined Bristol Total Fitness in January 2013. She is a ray of sunshine with her friendly demeanor and her sharp wit! Barbara enjoys the Silver Sneakers classes she attends twice a week and the health benefits of exercise. Her best advice “Have a happy outlook on life.” Barbara enjoys the members she’s met saying they are fun and friendly and thinks the gym is great and clean. Congratulations and thank you for sharing your happy outlook on life and making everyone’s day a little brighter with your charming personality!
Eric Gomes joined Swansea Total Fitness in October 2007. He works out 4 to 5 times a week and occasionally participates in Yoga classes. Eric enjoys running on the treadmill, he says, “It’s a great way to get in shape and de-stress.” Eric maintains a healthy lifestyle by working out consistently and watching what he eats. He is inspired by the quote, “Respect your body. It’s the only one you get.” Eric likes working out at SWTF because of the clean and friendly environment. Thank you, Eric, we are proud of your dedication!
Carolyn Thomas joined Seekonk Total Fitness in January 2012. She has always been into fitness, enjoys taking group fitness classes and personal training with Laurie. Carolyn feels stronger mentally and physically. She is also her husband’s caregiver and has benefited from her training to keep her healthy and strong. Carolyn’s goals now are to continue with the classes, training, maintaining balance, and flexibility. Besides spending quality time with her family, she loves traveling with her girlfriends, volunteering as an usher at Trinity Rep., reading and mall walking. Congratulation Carolyn! Keep up the good work!
Reed Azevedo and Anwar Silvia joined Dartmouth Total Fitness in 2017. They work out together 5-7 days per week and enjoy squats, leg press, playing basketball and using medicine balls. Reed and Anwar agree that working out with a partner is very beneficial in helping you reach your goals. They push each other daily to be their best. Reed has gained 20lbs. and is super close to hitting his goal weight and Anwar’s training tip is, “Not to be discouraged if your partner is seeing more results, just be patient and stay motivated!” They love how friendly the DTF staff is and would like to shout out Larry for keeping the gym nice and clean! Congratulations!
