My passion for fitness began over 25 years ago and became an obsession in 2012! I’m a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor (AFAA, ASFA) with additional certifications in Insanity Live, Silver Sneakers, Vinyasa Yoga, Youth Fitness, Boxing, and Nutrition Science. I also specialize in working with individuals diagnosed with Parkinson’s and recovering from cardiovascular rehab, and physical therapy. I’m all in when it comes to my clients—their goals are my passion, and I love seeing their confidence grow. I strive to be my best to inspire them, emphasizing a balanced approach to fitness. Strength training, cardio, flexibility, and proper nutrition are all essential for lasting success. My philosophy: Fitness enhances emotional, mental, and physical well-being. Discipline is key, but so is moderation—let’s make the most of the one life we have!
After making a career change in 2023, Nadine became certified as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor in 2024. She believes there is not one definition of fit and fitness should be inclusive. Exercise not only changes your body, it changes your mind, attitude and mood. Philosophy: “Don’t quit, pivot. A pivot is a change in strategy without a change in vision.”
Crystal has been a NASM-certified personal trainer since 2019. She has 7 years of experience working with a variety of age groups in different modalities of personal training and group fitness. Crystal started figure skating in 2015. To improve her skating, she began to practice Yoga and Pilates to focus on core, lower body strength, and power moves, along with balance. She began teaching beginner ice lessons with the guidance of her coach and realized that she enjoyed teaching and would like to explore her options to teach off-ice conditioning for skaters. This led Crystal to acquire her group fitness certification through AFAA in 2018. Her passion for teaching brought her to expand her knowledge to teach TRX, HIIT, Hi-Low style cardio, and Schwinn Spin. In 2020 she accepted the role of Assisted Stretch Practitioner in a massage clinic where she did hands-on assisted stretching for clients with a myriad of different physical issues from young athletes, to the elderly looking to improve mobility, to those recovering from surgery, injury, and cancer. It is Crystal’s calling and heart’s desire to draw groups together and see many people working together in positive ways to affect real wellness. Philosophy: Life is a sport at any age. Progressing ideally through through the stages of life requires specifically unique physical conditioning.
Ben has been certified since 2018 with experience in both personal training and group fitness classes. He is an avid martial arts instructor who has a passion not only for physical fitness but also self-defense. Ben has always been extremely active in sports, running, and martial arts. He enjoys helping people reach their goals to become the best version of themselves. Philosophy “More is not always better: stay balanced, and listen to your body.”.
Amilcar is a passionate personal trainer who loves helping people get stronger, healthier, and more confident. With a focus on powerlifting, functional strength training, and weight management, he creates programs that are practical, effective, and built to last. Amilcar is big on mental resilience and teaching clients how to turn challenges into opportunities to grow. He believes in discipline, consistency, and never cutting corners when it comes to reaching your goals. Amilcar’s approach combines strength-building with sustainable habits, so you don’t just get results—you keep them. Sue is an energetic, self-motivated fitness professional with 45+ years in the Fitness Industry. Her experience as a Physical Education teacher (K-12), Co/Ed Track and Field coach (12 yrs), Conditioning Coach, and Spinning and Fitness instructor, has given her the tools necessary to assist a wide range of age groups, fitness levels and physical abilities and challenges, including, but not limited to children, adolescents, high school athletes, and active older adults, especially seniors. She enjoys preseason conditioning for athletes of all ages. While many “one size fits most” fitness programs are available, an individual, tailored program often yields the greatest results. Carol Ann began her career in fitness in 2013 as a Zumba instructor. She had a passion for high-intensity training, but soon she became interested in weight training. As a mom of two boys, Carol Ann understands how difficult it is to balance life and fitness, but also, how important it is. She also loves motivating people to reach their goals. Training philosophy: “Forget skinny, get fit and healthy!”

Erin certified in 1999 & Pilates certified in 2002, she believes resistance training, with a functional component, a balanced body through proper alignment, & clean eating are key components in achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Philosophy: “I believe in adapting exercises to a client’s ability and needs-exercise programs are not one-size fits all.”

James became a certified personal trainer in 2010 & D.S.W. certified 2013. Since becoming a trainer he has built a wide range of long-standing clients from children, senior citizens, Mixed Martial Arts & Brazilian jiu-jitsu champions. Philosophy: “Fitness success isn’t some secret combination of exercises or a trendy diet. Intensity and consistency are what it really boils down to.”
