Club Wide Coat Drive
Total Fitness Clubs are teaming up with The United Way in the month of January to help our local families in need. There will be a bin at each club where you can place your gently used or new coats. Join us to help our community stay warm during the winter months. All coats will be donated to local families.
As a Thank You - Every person who donates coats will receive a Gift Card for a Free Protein Shake. Open to the general public.

DSSRI Spin/Zumba Fundraiser:
Join Bristol Total Fitness Instructors, Peggy & Carol Ann for this fun charity event to raise funds for the Downs Syndrome Society of Rhode Island, 100% of donations go to DSSRI. All levels of fitness are welcome and this event is open to the public.

Pedal To End Cancer
Pedal to End Cancer, formerly Spin for Hope, is a three-hour SPINNING event taking place simultaneously at participating health clubs around New England. 100% of the contributions go directly to the American Cancer Society!
This is really just a giant Spin Party for a great cause! With over 78 participants last year, Total Fitness raised over $12,000 for the ACS through this event!
Open to all members and the public!

Join Shawn for this 8-week training that will focus on improving your golf game. The workouts are designed to promote proper bio-mechanics and build endurance to lower your golf score on the course. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Woman of Steel with Walter Medeiros
Join this 8-week progressive strength-training program for women focusing on all aspects of fitness including cardiovascular & muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and body composition. Participants will enjoy the camaraderie of working with a group in a fun and encouraging atmosphere to achieve results. Workouts will consist of weight, balance and flexibility training with cardio intervals to focus on core strength. All fitness levels welcome. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)
Classes are based on fitness level, participants must contact Walter prior to the program at waltermedeiros@totalfitnessclubs.com. Group Training can be prorated so you can jump in at any time where this is availability.

Weight Loss Clinic with Walter Medeiros
Participants will undertake a 10-week program that will combine personalized dietary guidelines for each individual along with a weekly group training session which will help build camaraderie amongst participants which will help you overcome many obstacles. Also included, weekly weigh-ins followed by a “group therapy” session to ultimately lose as much weight safely as well as to allow for the greatest amount of success to keep the weight off.
Classes are based on fitness level, participants must contact Walter prior to the program at waltermedeiros@totalfitnessclubs.com. Space is limited, participants must sign up 1 week in advance and pay for 1/2 of the program to reserve a spot. (Friday - min. 3 max. 6 participants) (Saturday - min. 3 max. 8 participants)

This 8-week results driven strength training program for men focuses on total body fitness. Beth Cambra joined Swansea Total Fitness in 2006! She works out 5 days a week including Thursdays 2xs a day – Spin in the AM & Walter’s workshop in the PM. Beth's favorite classes are Michelle’s Spin & Tammy’s Boot Camp. She says with the influx of members from Seekonk brought a new group of people that she has been working out & taking classes with. Since then, Beth feels she is in the best shape of her life. She is stronger, more fit & healthier than she has ever been. Her advice is to find a good group of people to work out with, it can make the challenge that much more fun.
