Summer Class Competition

Total Fitness School Supply Drive
Total Fitness is teaming up with the United Way for a school supplies drive. We will be collecting pencils, pens, notebooks etc. for children in need. There will be a box to put your donations in the gym foyer, or it can be handed to the front desk. See our flyer in the gym for a more detailed list of supplies.

7th Annual Free Boot Camp at Independence Park with Adriana Ferns
Bristol Total Fitness and Bristol Parks and Recreation are teaming up to create a healthier community. Join Adriana for this free boot camp, open to the public. Bring your friends and family! Enjoy the fresh outdoors and downtown Bristol!

Private Yoga Sessions with Adriana Ferns
Private sessions are the perfect way to individualize your Yoga practice along with making it ideal for your body and mind. Adriana can assist the beginner to the more advanced participant with technique to make you feel comfortable in any Yoga setting. A private session allows an individual to set specific goals and plans, such as personal goals for flexibility, strength or meditation.

Mix It Up with Dawn Casella
Break out of the monotony of the circuit by using TRX, cable weights, free weights, gliders, and bands. Dawn will motivate, keep you focused and accountable. The support and camaraderie from participants will keep you on track toward your fitness goals. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Yoga Training with Adriana Ferns
Have you wanted to take a yoga class but felt you didn’t know enough about it? This 4-week Vinyasa Yoga style training is geared towards people who want to learn the basics and/or to improve form. Yoga helps with increase flexibility, balance, and mobility along with relaxation and mindfulness. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Summer Sizzler at Colt State Park with Adriana Ferns
This 8-week program, with certified personal trainer Adriana Ferns, is an outdoor total body workout with everything from running, plyometrics, to partner and equipment exercises. In just an hour you can really take your fitness to the next level. Take advantage of the weather and start the day off right. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Sugar Shakedown with Adriana Ferns
End the vicious circle of yo-yo diets and unhealthy patterns! For 8 weeks this program will help clean out the sugar from your body and help stop those carb cravings as well as craving those sweets. Meal plans; a grocery list, workouts, and weekly weigh-ins/body fat measurements will be given throughout the program. With support from Adriana and fellow participants, you will work and learn how to eat, live and maintain a healthy lifestyle. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Summer Survival with Dawn Casella
Summer is here and it's time for you to look your best! For 4 weeks Dawn will educate you on how to sculpt and define your body with overall fitness conditioning. This group training will keep you accountable with weekly weigh-ins along with healthy living tips on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. All levels of fitness welcome. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Gayle Twaddle joined Bristol Total Fitness in early 2019. She consistently attends her favorite classes, Silver Sneakers and Senior Fitness three days a week. Gayle credits the classes and the fun group of ladies with “keeping her sane!” Her terrific health and fitness tip is to “just show up.” Gayle shares that attending the group exercise classes have helped her health both mentally and physically. She kindly added that the gym staff has been wonderful and that instructor, Sue DeFusco, is “the best ever!” Our best to Gayle in her continued commitment to health and wellness!
