Woman of Steel with Walter Medeiros
Join this 8-week progressive strength-training program for women focusing on all aspects of fitness including cardiovascular & muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and body composition. Participants will enjoy the camaraderie of working with a group in a fun and encouraging atmosphere to achieve results. Workouts will consist of weight, balance and flexibility training with cardio intervals to focus on core strength. All fitness levels welcome. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)
Classes are based on fitness level, participants must contact Walter prior to the program at waltermedeiros@totalfitnessclubs.com. Group Training can be prorated so you can jump in at any time where this is availability.

Join Abby for this 8-week group training, designed for women who want to challenge themselves through high-intensity weight training and cardio conditioning. You will also receive nutritional guidance and weekly weigh-ins to keep you accountable. This will be a fun and supportive program that will empower and educate you. All fitness levels welcome! Men of Iron with Walter Medeiros
This 8-week results driven strength training program for men focuses on total body fitness. Walter uses the science of muscle confusion to get you in the best shape of your life by constantly challenging your body with new moves each week. Achieve fitness gains along with nutritional guidance to reach your health and wellness goals. Participants will enjoy the camaraderie of working in a group atmosphere and gain overall confidence. All fitness levels welcome. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Weight Loss Clinic with Walter Medeiros
Participants will undertake a 10-week program that will combine personalized dietary guidelines for each individual along with a weekly group training session which will help build camaraderie amongst participants which will help you overcome many obstacles. Also included, weekly weigh-ins followed by a “group therapy” session to ultimately lose as much weight safely as well as to allow for the greatest amount of success to keep the weight off.
Classes are based on fitness level, participants must contact Walter prior to the program at waltermedeiros@totalfitnessclubs.com. Space is limited, participants must sign up 1 week in advance and pay for 1/2 of the program to reserve a spot. (Friday - min. 3 max. 6 participants) (Saturday - min. 3 max. 8 participants)

Erica Medeiros joined Swansea Total Fitness in April 2019. She works out 4 days a week, enjoys spin classes, and trains with Laurie Roderick. Before joining, Erica suffered with depression and low self-esteem. Since joining, she has lost 43 pounds, a ton of inches and is two pant sizes smaller than before. Erica’s favorite quote to live by is, “It’s not a race, it’s a journey”. She thanks Laurie for guiding her through her workouts, but also making her stronger mentally and emotionally. Erica can confidently say she has pushed out of her comfort zone and is excited for the accomplishments ahead. Keep up the awesome work, Erica!!
