10th Annual Free Boot Camp at Independence Park with Adriana Ferns

Bristol Total Fitness and Bristol Parks and Recreation are teaming up to create a healthier community. Join Adriana for this safe, socially distanced free boot camp, open to the public. Bring your friends and family! Enjoy the fresh outdoors and downtown Bristol!

Equipment: Yoga mat, towel, and water bottle

PROGRAMS

Total Strength with Amilcar Conceicao

This flexible 10-week group program will train members to be comfortable with barbell exercises with the main purpose of building comprehensive strength necessary to live the most fulfilling life. Mobility, stability and injury prevention will also be improved. Muscle will be gained, fat will be lost, bones will become denser and confidence will be boosted! This group training is appropriate for all levels of fitness. Amilcar will make sure that anyone who joins will be ready before any progression takes place. Monday & Wednesday @ 9am & 5:30pm, Saturday @ 9am - Aug 2nd - Sep 9th

Bikini Zone with Erin Ward

Summer is here! Are you ready! This 4-Week group training will get YOU beach body ready with 30-Min of lower-body sculpting cardio, followed by 30-min of core work to tone the abs, buns, and thighs. Just in time for bathing suit season. (3 min. 6 max.)

Fitness 101 with Sue Gibeau

This 4-week program is tailored to the new gym participant and/or someone who is just starting out in their fitness journey. Total body workouts will be progressive by using a variety of equipment. Fitness consultation is required to offer a safe and effective workout. All ages and levels of fitness welcome. (3 min. 6 max.)

Strengthen & Lengthen with Erin Ward

Reap the benefits of a pilates reformer workout! For 4-weeks chisel your core, elongate your muscles and tone your whole body. The pilates reformer is a spring-loaded carriage that provides resistance along with your own body. It provides support for the body while encouraging good posture. Get long and lean! (min. 3 max. 4 participants)

Fitness Kick Start with Susan Gibeau

This 6-week group training will get you back on track whether you have been on hiatus for a while or you are just looking for some fitness motivation. Total body conditioning with various equipment and training styles. Let Sue fire up your metabolism to torch those calories and build strength to get you back to your healthiest self. All fitness levels welcome. (3 min. 6 max.)
