Bristol Total Fitness and Bristol Parks and Recreation are teaming up to create a healthier community. Join Adriana for this free boot camp, open to the public. Bring your friends and family! Enjoy the fresh outdoors and downtown Bristol!

Preseason Strength and Conditioning for Student-Athletes with Susan Gibeau
Get ready for your Fall sport now! This co-ed preseason training is perfect for the athlete looking to develop:
- Cardiovascular & Muscle Endurance
- Muscle Strength
- Flexibility & Agility
Training sessions will help the athlete prepare for their sport of choice. (3 min. 8 max.)

Mobility, Stability & Core with Adriana Ferns
Do you have back pain? Tight/stiff joints? A weak core? This class is for you! This 6-week group training will teach movement patterns and new habits to address those nagging issues that just won't seem to go away. (3 min. 6 max.)

Drop The COVID-19 with Adriana Ferns
The pandemic have you feeling out of shape? Or maybe gained a few pounds (like 19)? This 8-week group training will provide a structure through exercise, meal tracking, and group camaraderie. The goal is to drop the quarantine weight along with a mental health component to begin your journey back to a healthy lifestyle. This training will provide a structured weekly workout plan as well as meal guidelines and accountability. (3 min. 6 max.)
