Sue is an energetic, self-motivated fitness professional with 45+ years in the Fitness Industry. Her experience as a Physical Education teacher (K-12), Co/Ed Track and Field coach (12 yrs), Conditioning Coach, and Spinning and Fitness instructor, has given her the tools necessary to assist a wide range of age groups, fitness levels and physical abilities and challenges, including, but not limited to children, adolescents, high school athletes, and active older adults, especially seniors. She enjoys preseason conditioning for athletes of all ages. While many “one size fits most” fitness programs are available, an individual, tailored program often yields the greatest results. Erin certified in 1999 & Pilates certified in 2002, she believes resistance training, with a functional component, a balanced body through proper alignment, & clean eating are key components in achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Philosophy: “I believe in adapting exercises to a client’s ability and needs-exercise programs are not one-size fits all.”

Julie’s love for fitness gave her the drive to get Group Fitness Certified in 2004 & AFAA Personal Trainer Certified in 2009. Julie has a great passion for fitness and loves to coach her clients of all ages to build a strong foundation for a healthier lifestyle. Her Philosophy is “Through the use of motivation, accountability, consistency & the proper nutrition everyone can achieve their fitness goals.”

Stacia has worked in the fitness industry since 2006 and became a certified personal trainer early in 2013. She has quickly built herself a wide range of client base and following. Her versatile approach and ability to get her clients to their goals make her a popular choice. Stacia’s Philosophy is “I enjoy helping people become the best version of themselves that they can be.”
