My passion for fitness began over 25 years ago and became an obsession in 2012! I’m a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor (AFAA, ASFA) with additional certifications in Insanity Live, Silver Sneakers, Vinyasa Yoga, Youth Fitness, Boxing, and Nutrition Science. I also specialize in working with individuals recovering from Parkinson’s, cardiovascular rehab, and physical therapy.
I’m all in when it comes to my clients—their goals are my passion, and I love seeing their confidence grow. I strive to be my best to inspire them, emphasizing a balanced approach to fitness. Strength training, cardio, flexibility, and proper nutrition are all essential for lasting success. My philosophy: Fitness enhances emotional, mental, and physical well-being. Discipline is key, but so is moderation—let’s make the most of the one life we have!
After making a career change in 2023, Nadine became certified as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor in 2024. She believes there is not one definition of fit and fitness should be inclusive. Exercise not only changes your body, it changes your mind, attitude and mood. Philosophy: “Don’t quit, pivot. A pivot is a change in strategy without a change in vision.”
