Drop The COVID-19 with Adriana Ferns 

The pandemic have you feeling out of shape? Or maybe gained a few pounds (like 19)? This 8-week group training will provide a structure through exercise, meal tracking, and group camaraderie. The goal is to drop the quarantine weight along with a mental health component to begin your journey back to a healthy lifestyle. This training will provide a structured weekly workout plan as well as meal guidelines and accountability. (3 min. 6 max.)

Fit & Fabulous Over 50 with Susan Gibeau

How to age Awesome! This 4-week low impact group training is for the active older adult. Training will incorporate various styles of workouts utilizing assorted fitness equipment. Join this safe and effective program to increase strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. Take yourself out of the comfort zone to build your immune system and improve your quality of life. All fitness levels welcome. (3 min. 6 max.)

New Year! New You! This 6-week group training will get you back on track whether you have been on hiatus for a while or you are just looking for some fitness motivation. Total body conditioning with various equipment and training styles. Let Sue fire up your metabolism to torch those calories and build strength to get you back to your healthiest self. All fitness levels welcome. (3 min. 6 max.)

New Year Shred with Kiyah Douglas

New Year New You, The Right Way! This 6-week group training will offer a metabolism-boosting workout with circuit intense cardio between sets of strength training exercises for muscle-building heart-pumping athletic conditioning. Exercises include lunges, jump rope, sprints, plyometric moves such as jump squats and burpees. All exercises are designed to target the total body as a whole. Working through full ranges of motion and learning to engage the upper/lower body and core structures. Intermediate and Advanced levels of fitness. Modifications will be offered when needed. (3 min. 6 max.)

Spring Into Change with Adriana Ferns

Have you been struggling with yo-yo dieting or not able to “Make Time” to workout, and just keep making excuses for not making your health a priority? This 12-week group training is for you! Adriana offers structured sessions with meal plans and recipes along with guidance with finding what workouts work for you. Training includes weekly weigh-ins and body fat composition to keep you accountable. Enjoy the camaraderie of working with like-minded participants to keep you motivated. (3 min. 6 max.)
