Women of Steel with Walter Mederios

Walt’s Women of Steel group training use various exercise modalities and methodologies from HIIT, to circuit,  to conventional strength training, to impact all areas of fitness: Muscular Endurance,  Muscular Strength, Cardiovascular health, Flexibility and Body Composition. Walt is well versed with a wide assortment of fitness tools to help keep workouts intense and ever-changing. Girls Clubs with Tammy Bettencourt

This 4-week group training will focus on movement and strength patterns designed to increase flexibility, strength, and caloric burn all while building lean muscle. Your total body training will target the upper body, lower body, and core to build strength and muscle mass along with cardio endurance. All exercises will be timed and modifications will be given if needed. All levels of fitness welcome.

Tuesday @ 6:30pm - 7:30pm, Jan 5th - Jan 26th
Saturday @ 10am - 11am, Jan 9th - Jan 30th
