Wednesday, 11/27 All Clubs Close at 5pm (All afternoon classes and daycare cancelled)
Thursday, 11/28 All Clubs Open 7 am -11 am (No Daycare)

Thanksgiving Day regularly scheduled classes are cancelled.
Thanksgiving Day Specialty Classes are FREE to the public with a non-perishable food donation.

To all veterans of all branches: Thank you for your sacrifice, your bravery, and the example you set for us all. In appreciation for your service, all Total Fitness Clubs are offering a Free Water and Small Shake Coupon Monday, November 11th.

Total Fitness Food Drive

Total Fitness is teaming up with the United Way for our annual food drive. We will be collecting non-perishable items such as dry pasta, can goods, rice, mac & cheese and instant mashed potatoes for families in need. There will be a bin to put your donations in the gym foyer, or it can be handed to the front desk.

X-Training Plus with James Simmons

This 8-week program is built around the strength and cardiovascular conditioning aspect to building muscle, gaining strength and burning fat. A co-ed program for anyone looking to improve his or her overall fitness and to be pushed out of their comfort zone. Workouts will include many different types of equipment like kettlebells, plyometric boxes, sandbags, rowers, battle ropes and much more. Weekly fitness and nutrition tips will be provided. Let James help you achieve your goals using the latest and most effective methods. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Fit Body Boot Camp with Stacia Abdow

This 6-week program will offer you a challenging total body workout designed to burn maximum fat and calories. Your training will include various types of equipment along with nutritional guidance, weekly recipes, and fit tips. Stacia will help you achieve your fitness goals and build your confidence. All fitness levels welcome. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Total Fitness for Women with Stacia Abdow

Total Fitness for Women is an 8-week group-training program under the supervision of our certified personal trainer, Stacia Abdow. The program is for women of all fitness levels who have a desire to be the best they can possibly be. Learn how to make your workouts more effective with workouts tailored to your needs and goals. Accountability and support from your trainer and group will help you reach your goals. Stacia will provide each participant with written workouts to follow outside training times, nutrition guidance for pre and post workout meals, and measurements to keep your progress on track. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Total Body Conditioning with Joshua Camara

This 8-week strength and conditioning group training is designed for participants to achieve their health and wellness goals, feel confident and bring a new intensity to their training regimen. Each session will include full-body circuits along with nutrition tips and advice to achieve your goals inside and outside of the gym. All levels of fitness welcome. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Fever Fit with Julie Fostin

Catch the fever! Make progress and mix up your routine with circuit strength training, cardio intervals and more. Join Julie for 8 weeks of fun with routines that will keep you accountable and challenged. Including, weekly emails, recipes, along with exercise and nutritional accountability! (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

N-Spire Fit with Julie Fostin

Are you in need of some fitness N-Spiration? Join Julie for this 6-week group training that will motivate you to achieve your health and wellness goals. She will challenge you with interval workouts with a variety of equipment to improve your strength and cardiovascular fitness. Enjoy working out with fellow participants to push you to the next level of fitness. The program will include a: fitness assessment, weigh-in at the beginning and end of the program along with a weekly email with fit tips and recipes. Julie will N-Spire you to believe fitness is fun! All levels of fitness welcome. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Total Tough Challenge with Erica Morency

This 4-week program promises fun challenging workouts that will increase your strength and power with like-minded participants all while learning something new each week. The Tough Challenge will finalize your training with a competition for small prizes and giveaways. If you are competitive this is the program for you! (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Rock Your Resolution with Stacia Abdow

Stacia’s weight-loss challenge is an 8-week program to keep participants accountable to their New Year's Resolutions. The workout will be designed to be high-intensity interval training. Including weekly weigh-ins to keep you focused on your goals. Let's keep those heart rates up and burn some major calories! (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

MEMBERS THAT INSPIRE US

Brandon Andrade joined Dartmouth Total Fitness in September 2018. He attends the gym 5-6 times per week. Weightlifting and playing basketball with friends are some of his favorite things to do in the gym. One of Brandon’s most memorable moments in the gym was when he beat his friend in a “Bench Off’. A quote he is inspired by is Nike’s “Just Do It.” Brandon has worked extremely hard over the last year and has lost 60lbs. He would like to mention that the Staff at DTF are very respectful and the gym is always clean and organized. Congratulations, Brandon!
