![]() Alyson Beatty has been a Seekonk member since 2017. She has always been active, first with dancing, swimming, running, and now weightlifting along with cross fit training. The mind-body connection is what motivates Alyson to come to the gym. Remaining active and functional also helps out with running around after two little boys and pretty soon another. Outside the gym, she enjoys going to the beach, traveling and just basically spending time with her family. After having the baby, Alyson wants to focus on self-care and return to the gym as soon as possible. Congratulations! |
