After making a career change in 2023, Nadine became certified as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor in 2024. She believes there is not one definition of fit and fitness should be inclusive. Exercise not only changes your body, it changes your mind, attitude and mood. Philosophy: “Don’t quit, pivot. A pivot is a change in strategy without a change in vision.”
Amilcar is Certified in Personal Training, Sports Nutrition, and Powerlifting. He has been passionate about fitness for over 15 years. Weightlifting and general fitness were there for Amilcar when he needed an outlet and a coping mechanism. His passion has not only saved his life but has driven his dream to help other people in the same way he was helped. Amilcar makes it a point to do what he can to tailor a program for anyone’s goals. Sue is an energetic, self-motivated fitness professional with 45+ years in the Fitness Industry. Her experience as a Physical Education teacher (K-12), Co/Ed Track and Field coach (12 yrs), Conditioning Coach, and Spinning and Fitness instructor, has given her the tools necessary to assist a wide range of age groups, fitness levels and physical abilities and challenges, including, but not limited to children, adolescents, high school athletes, and active older adults, especially seniors. She enjoys preseason conditioning for athletes of all ages. While many “one size fits most” fitness programs are available, an individual, tailored program often yields the greatest results. James became a certified personal trainer in 2010 & D.S.W. certified 2013. Since becoming a trainer he has built a wide range of long-standing clients from children, senior citizens, Mixed Martial Arts & Brazilian jiu-jitsu champions. Philosophy: “Fitness success isn’t some secret combination of exercises or a trendy diet. Intensity and consistency are what it really boils down to.”

Tammy began her fitness career after losing over 100 lbs with diet and exercise. She became AFAA Group Fitness certified in 2011 & AFAA Personal Training certified in 2012. Tammy’s love for fitness drives her to help others accomplish their health & exercise goals. Philosophy: “I believe that strength comes from weakness and our bodies are capable of far more than what we think.”

Stacia has worked in the fitness industry since 2006 and became a certified personal trainer early in 2013. She has quickly built herself a wide range of client base and following. Her versatile approach and ability to get her clients to their goals make her a popular choice. Stacia’s Philosophy is “I enjoy helping people become the best version of themselves that they can be.”

Walter has been a personal trainer since 2001. He brings a wealth of sport and fitness experience derived from his time as a track athlete, collegiate football player, coach, bodybuilder, an officer and fitness trainer in the Army. Walter was a perennial recipient of the Army Presidential Fitness Badge and his Philosophy is “Giving my clients not only the motivation but also the knowledge to get fit & stay fit.
