Pedal To End Cancer - Thank You!

Total donations from our annual Total Fitness Clubs fundraiser Pedal to End Cancer- 78 participants raised over $12,000 for the American Cancer Society through this year's event! We would like to extend our appreciation and gratitude to all the participants who contributed to the success of this great cause. We're especially proud of Total Fitness Member, Linda Manchester who was the Top 'Pedal to End Cancer 2018' Fundraiser in all of New England, for raising $975.00!"

Total Fitness Clubs would like to thank: All Participants including Total Fitness members, staff, friends, and family, Coca-Cola for donating all of the beverages. Also, Total Fitness would like to thank Karen Campos and Shaws for all food donations along with the participants who brought baked goods. And to all who donated raffles to make this a huge success.

Total Fitness Pet Drive

Total Fitness is teaming up with Forever Paws Animal Shelter in Fall River for a pet supplies drive. We will be collecting pet supplies such as cleaning products, office supplies, etc. to donate to animals in need. Any donations can be put in our box located in the foyer. Goodwill Southern New England Electronics Drive

Bristol Total Fitness is teaming up with Goodwill to collect out-of-date devices. Bring working or non-working electronics and we’ll give you a receipt. Helping people with disabilities and other challenges in our community along with saving the planet isn’t just tax deductible. It’s free!

Mix It Up with Dawn Casella

Break out of the monotony of the circuit by using TRX, cable weights, free weights, gliders, and bands. Dawn will motivate, keep you focused and accountable. The support and camaraderie from participants will keep you on track toward your fitness goals. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Spring Training with Dawn Casella

Spring into fitness! Dawn will motivate you for this 4-week group training that will strengthen your muscles from head to toe. Enjoy resistance training with a fun supportive group that is suitable for all fitness levels. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Yoga Training with Adriana Ferns

Have you wanted to take a yoga class but felt you didn’t know enough about it? This 4-week Vinyasa Yoga style training is geared towards people who want to learn the basics and/or to improve form. Yoga helps with increase flexibility, balance, and mobility along with relaxation and mindfulness. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Nancy Pryce joined Bristol Total Fitness in October 2018, and thru her disciplined diet and exercise has lost 30 lbs. to date. Her routine includes her favorite exercise equipment – the TRX suspension trainer along with Pilates classes and cardio on the treadmill for 30 – 60 minutes. Nancy’s motto “just keep going to the gym.” Be committed. Her fitness journey is a lifestyle journey, striving to be healthy and staying healthy.
