Motiv8ed 2 B FIT with Julie Fostin
This 8-week program will motivate you to be the best version of your healthiest self. Total body conditioning involves both strength and cardiovascular exercise. Workouts are designed to change each week to target all major muscle groups in various ways. We will utilize a mix of free weights, bands, medicine balls, and more. This training is suited for the beginner to a fitness fanatic. (3 min. 6 max.)

Rock Your Resolution with Stacia Abdow
Stacia’s weight-loss challenge is an 6-week program to keep participants accountable to their New Year's Resolutions. The workout will be designed to be high-intensity interval training. Elevate Group Training with Sarah Petitpas
In need of some winter motivation? Elevate your strength & fitness and join Sarah for 6 weeks of total body conditioning.
