Woman of Steel with Walter Medeiros

Join this 8-week progressive strength-training program for women focusing on all aspects of fitness including cardiovascular & muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and body composition. Participants will enjoy the camaraderie of working with a group in a fun and encouraging atmosphere to achieve results. Workouts will consist of weight, balance and flexibility training with cardio intervals to focus on core strength. All fitness levels welcome. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Men of Iron with Walter Medeiros

This 8-week results driven strength training program for men focuses on total body fitness. Walter uses the science of muscle confusion to get you in the best shape of your life by constantly challenging your body with new moves each week. Achieve fitness gains along with nutritional guidance to reach your health and wellness goals. Participants will enjoy the camaraderie of working in a group atmosphere and gain overall confidence. All fitness levels welcome. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Weight Loss Clinic with Walter Medeiros

Participants will undertake a 10-week program that will combine personalized dietary guidelines for each individual along with a weekly group training session which will help build camaraderie amongst participants which will help you overcome many obstacles. Also included, weekly weigh-ins followed by a “group therapy” session to ultimately lose as much weight safely as well as to allow for the greatest amount of success to keep the weight off.

Classes are based on fitness level, participants must contact Walter prior to the program at waltermedeiros@totalfitnessclubs.com. Space is limited, participants must sign up 1 week in advance and pay for 1/2 of the program to reserve a spot. (Friday - min. 3 max. 6 participants) (Saturday - min. 3 max. 8 participants)

Tony Correia has been a member of Swansea Total Fitness since 2007. He consistently works out 4-5 days a week. Tony's favorite exercises involve spinning and cardio, but he also enjoys weight lifting. You can find him heading to spin class multiple times a week. Tony’s success has been centered on his weight loss. He encourages all members to remain persistent and never get discouraged throughout your journey. “You’re never too young or too old to begin!” Tony enjoys working out at Swansea Total Fitness because they have an outstanding, welcoming staff.
