Fitness Challenge with Dave Parker

Ready to lose weight? Create a healthier you with this 8-week fitness challenge. Dave will give you all the tools, information and nutritional coaching you will need to lose weight and keep it off for good. As part of the challenge, you will enjoy the camaraderie of group training each week to keep you accountable and committed. Mix It Up with Dawn Casella

Fit Happens with Dave Parker

If you are someone that likes variety, then this is the group training for you! Join Dave for this H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) workout that will include a variety of equipment. The combination of circuit style training with metabolic conditioning will maximize your results to bring you to the next level of fitness.

Summer Slim & Sculpt with Dawn Casella

Summer is upon us and it’s time to get ready! For 4 weeks Dawn will educate you on how to sculpt and define your body with overall fitness conditioning. This group training will keep you accountable with weekly weigh-ins along with group talks about living and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. All levels of fitness welcome. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

TRX Suspension Training with Adriana Ferns

Break out from your old routine and join Adriana for this 8-week program. TRX is a form of suspension training used to perform total body workouts with exercises that engage your core, while using your own bodyweight for resistance. Adriana will use TRX to take your resistance training to a new level through functional and dynamic movements, perfect for any age and any fitness level. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Tough Training with Adriana Ferns

Ready to tackle a new and exciting goal this year? This is it! This 8-week outdoor group training will prepare you for your next race. Adriana will simulate obstacle course challenges to test your speed and endurance. The workouts will include: running, jumping, balancing and more along with nutritional guidance. Sugar Shakedown with Adriana Ferns

End the vicious circle of yo-yo diets and unhealthy patterns! For 6 weeks this program will help clean out the sugar from your body and help stop those carb cravings as well as craving those sweets. Meal plans; a grocery list, workouts and weekly weigh-ins/body fat measurements will be given throughout the program. With the support from Adriana and fellow participants, you will work and learn how to eat, live and maintain a healthy lifestyle. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Fit Club with Dave Parker

Join Dave for this 8-week program that will help you gain strength and endurance. Group training high intensity and conditioning workouts will include a variety of equipment such as: ropes, kettlebells, sleds and more. Fitness gains will be measured by comparing weights and times from previous workouts. Dave will encourage you to push yourself! Know it won’t be easy, but it will be worth it. (min. 3 max. 10 participants)

Total Body Fitness with James Simmons

Life begins at the end of your comfort zone! Join James for this 8-week program that will help you achieve your goals by using the latest and most effective training methods. Are you in need of some fitness N-Spiration? Join Julie for this 6-week group training that will motivate you to achieve your health and wellness goals. Enjoy working out with fellow participants to push you to the next level of fitness. Program will include a: fitness assessment, weigh-in at the beginning and end of program along with a weekly email with fit tips and recipes. Julie will N-Spire you to believe fitness is fun! Samurai Sprint Mud Run Training with Stacia Abdow

Have you always wanted to try an obstacle course race but wasn’t sure how to train for it? Personal Trainer, Stacia Abdow has got you covered with her 6-week training program for the Samurai Mud Run in July. This program will prepare you for obstacles such as, balance beam, box jumps, rope climbing and many more. With Stacia’s expertise and motivation she will get your ready for any obstacle that might get in your way! (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

3D Fitness with Bryna Gotlib

Total Fitness for Women with Stacia Abdow

Total Fitness for Women is an 8-week group-training program under the supervision of our certified personal trainer, Stacia Abdow. The program is for women of all fitness levels who have a desire to be the best they can possibly be. Learn how to make your workouts more effective with workouts tailored to your needs and goals. Accountability and support from your trainer and group will help you reach your goals. Stacia will provide each participant with written workouts to follow outside training times, nutrition guidance for pre and post workout meals, and measurements to keep your progress on track. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Rock Your Resolution with Stacia Abdow

Stacia’s weight-loss challenge is an 8-week program to keep participants accountable to their New Year’s Resolutions. The workout will be designed to be high intensity interval training. X-Training Plus with James SimmonsThis 8-week program is built around the strength and cardiovascular conditioning aspect to building muscle, gaining strength and burning fat. A co-ed program for anyone looking to improve his or her overall fitness and to be pushed out of their comfort zone. Workouts will include many different types of equipment like kettle bells, plyometric boxes, sandbags, rowers, battle ropes and much more. Weekly fitness and nutrition tips will be provided. Fit Body Boot Camp with Stacia Abdow

Weight Loss Clinic with Walter Medeiros

Participants will undertake a 10-week long program that will combine personalized dietary guidelines for each individual along with a weekly group training session which will help build camaraderie amongst participants which will help you overcome many obstacles. Also included, weekly weigh-ins followed by a “group therapy” session to ultimately lose as much weight safely as well as to allow for the greatest amount of success to keep the weight off.

Classes are based on fitness level, participants must contact Walter prior to the program at waltermedeiros@totalfitnessclubs.com. Space is limited, participants must sign up 1 week in advance and pay for 1/2 of the program to reserve a spot. (Friday – min. 3 max. 6 participants) (Saturday – min. 3 max. 8 participants)

Members that Inspire Us


Dustin Archambault joined Bristol Total Fitness in January 2014. He attends the gym 6 times a week. Dustin has always been dedicated to working out, it wasn’t until he proposed to, his now wife, Melinda, that he really focused. Since then he has lost a total of 70 lbs. and is only 5 lbs. away from his goal weight of 185! Dustin’s fitness tip to everyone is “Drink more water! I can’t say that enough” and his favorite quote about his fitness journey is “If you want it bad enough, you will do whatever it takes”.  We could not agree with you more and your progress shows it. Keep up the awesome work Dustin, we are so proud of you!
William Horin joined Swansea Total Fitness in November of 2016. He trains with Abby Cabral three times a week. At 91 years young Bill began to working out after he sustained a compression fracture of his spine. He says, “His recovery has been a long haul, but rewarding! Abby is a wonderful trainer, she pushes me hard, is very patient and has helped me regain so much strength!” Bill’s health tip for longevity is to stay active and keep exercising. Bill enjoys coming to SWTF, “The staff are super friendly and helpful!” Keep up the good work! You are truly amazing Bill!
Kelly Currier joined Seekonk Total Fitness in March 2016. Since the age of 13, fitness has always been a huge part of her life. Kelly’s fitness goal is to add muscle while staying feminine and toned. Her biggest motivators are having someone to train with, having goals, and the fact that she always feels better mentally and physically after putting the time in at the gym. Along with weight training, Kelly was an acrobat, ballerina, and played baseball. Her love for health and fitness is not only seen at the gym, but also at work and is the reason she became a dietician. Keep up the great work Kelly!
Lee-Ann Corbett joined Dartmouth Total Fitness in May 2016 and is committed to coming 5 days a week. Currently, she is in her first bikini competition prep with Team Body Rock and trains with Bryna Gotlib once a week to help her in this process. While training is important, Lee-Ann stresses “Diet, diet, diet!” as a key to success. On any fitness journey, she advises to “Focus on what motivates you” and that “finding happiness is a choice.” Lee-Ann says, the staff at DTF is “awesome, supportive and fun!” and that keeps her coming back week after week! Keep up the great work Lee-Ann and Congratulations!
