Pedal To End Cancer
Pedal to End Cancer, formerly Spin for Hope, is a three-hour SPINNING event taking place simultaneously at participating health clubs around New England. 100% of the contributions go directly to the American Cancer Society!
This is really just a giant Spin Party for a great cause! With over 80 participants last year, Total Fitness raised almost $66,500 for the ACS through this event!

Spring Training with Dawn Casella
Spring into fitness! Dawn will motivate you for this 4-week group training that will strengthen your muscles from head to toe. Enjoy resistance training with a fun supportive group that is suitable for all fitness levels. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Mix It Up with Dawn Casella

Kyle Walker joined Bristol Total Fitness in March 2016. As a Fall River firefighter with a rigorous schedule, he trains to maintain his health and fitness. Kyle has been committed to living a clean, healthy lifestyle for many years which has served him well as a proud soldier in the U.S. Army. His health and fitness tips: start by making healthy food choices a lifestyle; get outside and explore nature as you exercise in the great outdoors. “Hike mountains, climb trees, run sandy beaches, swim the open oceans. Breathe the wild air. Take time to gaze at the stars!” Congrats, Kyle! And thank you for your service to this great country!
