Pedal To End Cancer - Thank You!

Total donations from our annual Total Fitness Clubs fundraiser Pedal to End Cancer- 26 participants raised over $10,700 for the American Cancer Society through this year's event! We would like to extend our appreciation and gratitude to all the participants who contributed to the success of this great cause. We're especially proud of the Top 3 Pedal to End Cancer 2022 Fundraisers, Michelle Martins $1845, Donna Personeus $1,509, and Charles Milot  $1,025!

Private Yoga Sessions with Adriana Ferns

Private sessions are the perfect way to individualize your Yoga practice along with making it ideal for your body and mind. Adriana can assist the beginner to the more advanced participant with technique to make you feel comfortable in any Yoga setting. A private session allows an individual to set specific goals and plans, such as personal goals for flexibility, strength or meditation.

Movnat Natural Movement class with Adriana Ferns

What is Movnat: It is a physical education system for developing real-world capability through natural movement. In this 4-week training, you will learn to move how the body was intended to move. This class will make you more mindful and aware of yourself while adding skill and technique in everything from daily movements to weight lifting, sports, and obstacle racing. You will become stronger in all areas from the ground up. Re-learn how to move the way nature intended. Notice the mind-body connection through the natural human movements instilled in yourself from birth. (3 min. 6 max.)

Expand your training repertoire. Join Adriana for this 4-week program that focuses not only on high intensity but also includes circuit training with an emphasis on Olympic Lifting, body weight exercises, and conditioning. Experience is necessary. (3 min. 6 max.)

Fitness Kick Start with Susan Gibeau

This 6-week group training will get you back on track whether you have been on hiatus for a while or you are just looking for some fitness motivation. Total body conditioning with various equipment and training styles. Let Sue fire up your metabolism to torch those calories and build strength to get you back to your healthiest self. All fitness levels are welcome. Fitness assessment recommended.(3 min. 6 max.)

Strengthen & Lengthen with Erin Ward

Reap the benefits of a pilates reformer workout! For 4-weeks chisel, your core, elongate your muscles and tone your whole body. The pilates reformer is a spring-loaded carriage that provides resistance along with your own body. It provides support for the body while encouraging good posture. Get long and lean! (min. 3 max. 5 participants)

White Board Workout with Brookes Wittkamper (EOD Veteran)

Join Brookes for his 4-week group training that will offer a combat style total body circuit. These specific exercises will help develop strength, endurance, and mobility by using common strength training methods. You'll learn how to work as a member of a team to accomplish a variety of tasks and develop discipline. Fitness and mental toughness are required, for this program it is not for the faint or lighthearted. Make the decision to accomplish something tough and prepare yourself for life's many challenges "move like your life depends on it". Workouts will take place outside (meet by the tires), please dress for the weather. (Intermediate - Advanced Level Group Training).  (3 min. 6 max.)

Tissue & Trigger Point Class with Adriana Ferns

Foam rollers are great for myofascial release but do you feel like you just can't get to that sweet spot that needs attention? Learning to create tissue mobility with a ball and how to hit those points in the body that can release tightness and pain that seems to nag us on a regular basis is what many of us are missing in our fitness routine. Lacross ball will be provided and as a gift you can take it home with you.

Total Body Transformation with Sue Gibeau

Do YOU need a fitness Intervention? Join fitness coach Sue Gibeau for this 8-week, small group training and regain your fitness motivation. Become more confident as she coaches you through challenging but doable weekly workouts to increase your overall strength, flexibility, and cardio endurance using assorted fitness equipment and training styles, All fitness levels are welcome and modifications are provided. Fitness assessment recommended.
