THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY HOURS

  • Wednesday, 11/23 All Clubs Close at 5pm. Regular morning classes. All afternoon classes are cancelled. See below for afternoon Turkey Trot Specialty Classes offered.
  • Thursday, 11/24 All Clubs Open 7 am -11 am. Thanksgiving Day regularly scheduled classes are cancelled.
  • Friday, 11/25 All Clubs Open at 8am. Classes after 8am.

Thank You to Our Veterans

To all veterans of all branches: Thank you for your sacrifice, your bravery, and the example you set for us all. In appreciation for your service, all Total Fitness Clubs are offering a Free Water and Small Shake Coupon Friday, November 11th.

Total Fitness Food Drive

Total Fitness is teaming up with the United Way for our annual food drive. We will be collecting non-perishable items such as Canned Vegetables, Cornbread Mix, Cranberry Sauce, Gravy, Stuffing and Instant Mashed Potatoes for families in need. There will be a bin to put your donations in the gym foyer, or they can be handed to the front desk.

Women-owned and operated, their mission is to have a positive impact on the lives of others by offering carefully selected, responsibly-sourced products as a way to fund their outreach programs, as a means of healers the ability to join their mission in developing programs for those in need.

Please inquire at the front desk if the product you would like to buy isn't in the size or color that you would prefer. We can always take an order and get that item(s) for you in 24 - 48 hours.

Private Yoga Sessions with Adriana Ferns

Private sessions are the perfect way to individualize your Yoga practice along with making it ideal for your body and mind. Adriana can assist the beginner to the more advanced participant with technique to make you feel comfortable in any Yoga setting. A private session allows an individual to set specific goals and plans, such as personal goals for flexibility, strength or meditation.

Leg Day Baby with Brookes Wittkamper

A giraffe can kill a lion with one kick from its legs... Strong legs are essential for overall strength, power, and balance. In this 4-week course, Brookes Wittkamper will lead you through the surefire training methodology and exercises for building strong legs and bulletproofing your knees and ankles. All skill levels are welcome. Try it before you buy it! First Class Free! (3 min. 6 max.)

Strengthen & Lengthen with Erin Ward

Reap the benefits of a pilates reformer workout! For 4-weeks chisel, your core, elongate your muscles and tone your whole body. The pilates reformer is a spring-loaded carriage that provides resistance along with your own body. It provides support for the body while encouraging good posture. Get long and lean! Must have prior reformer experience or you must complete 3 Private Pilates Sessions prior to attending a group reformer training. (min. 3 max. 5 participants)

White Board Warriors Workout with Brookes Wittkamper (EOD Veteran)

Join Brookes for his 4-week group training that will offer a combat-style total body circuit. These specific exercises will help develop strength, endurance, and mobility by using common strength training methods. You'll learn how to work as a member of a team to accomplish a variety of tasks and develop discipline. Fitness and mental toughness are required, for this program is not for the faint or lighthearted. Make the decision to accomplish something tough and prepare yourself for life's many challenges "move like your life depends on it". Try it before you buy it! First Class Free! (Intermediate - Advanced Level Group Training). (3 min. 6 max.)

Fitness Kick Start with Susan Gibeau

This 6-week group training will get you back on track whether you have been on hiatus for a while or you are just looking for some fitness motivation. Total body conditioning with various equipment and training styles. Let Sue fire up your metabolism to torch those calories and build strength to get you back to your healthiest self. All fitness levels are welcome. Fitness assessment recommended.(3 min. 6 max.)

Total Body Transformation with Sue Gibeau

Do YOU need a fitness Intervention? Join fitness coach Sue Gibeau for this 8-week, small group training and regain your fitness motivation. Become more confident as she coaches you through challenging but doable weekly workouts to increase your overall strength, flexibility, and cardio endurance using assorted fitness equipment and training styles, All fitness levels are welcome and modifications are provided. Fitness assessment recommended. (3 min. 6 max.)
