Free Injury Screening with Sam Olsen, DPT
At Cornerstone Performance and Physical Therapy, we are dedicated to helping you achieve your optimal physical health and performance. We’re here to support you on your journey, whether you're recovering from an injury, aiming to improve your athletic performance, or simply looking to enhance your overall well-being.
Staying active and healthy can be challenging. Many of us are dealing with aches and pains that make it hard to maintain an active lifestyle.
We will be hosting two FREE injury screening events at Dartmouth Total Fitness in March to help you figure out how to manage pain and prevent injury so you can keep doing the things you love!

A Wish Come True Class-A-Thon
Total Fitness is Teaming up with A Wish Come True to raise funds by offering fun group fitness classes every half hour for a small donation. This organization is the oldest wish-granting organization in RI and MA. Their mission is to grant magical wishes AND provide resources to families that have a child struggling with a life-threatening illness, 3-18 years of age. Most of the Wish Children are surviving their illnesses, which requires additional support and causes stress on the families. The Magical Wish remains an opportunity to provide hope, love, and happy memories that last a lifetime. They provide financial resources to families in crisis and support to those in need.
Time: Saturday, Mar 14th @ 8 am - 12 pm (Open to the Public)
OLife Organics
Now offered at Dartmouth Total Fitness! OLife is a meal prep company featuring meals made from all USDA Certified Organic ingredients. It is the only company who packages meals in a skin-packing film that can last up to a year in the freezer!

Rock Your Resolution with Stacia Abdow
Stacia’s weight-loss challenge is an 6-week program to keep participants accountable to their New Year's Resolutions. The workout will be designed to be high-intensity interval training. Including weekly weigh-ins to keep you focused on your goals. Let's keep those heart rates up and burn some major calories! (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

VO₂ Max Performance Training with James Simmons
Take your fitness to the next level with targeted VO₂ max training on treadmills, bikes, and rowers. Using the Polar OH1+ heart rate monitor, you’ll perform high-intensity intervals in precise heart rate zones with structured recovery, tracking your VO₂ max throughout the program.

Elevate Group Training with Sarah Petitpas
In need of some winter motivation? Elevate your strength & fitness and join Sarah for 6 weeks of total body conditioning. This program will utilize both high-intensity interval training and traditional strength training. A variety of equipment will be used. Working out in a group setting is not only motivating but allows you to build some great relationships. Let’s get stronger together! (min. 3 max. 6)

Functional Body Building with James Simmons
Join this fun, functional 8-week group training that will get you built not burnt. Learn new exercises, mobility work, and how to use tempo in your training. Look good and move well with a variety of movement patterns in a progressive way so you can see the difference each week. (3 min. 6 max.)
