Brett Yates: Certified Personal Trainer

I began my recomposition journey in 2019 after sustaining a knee injury that put my life on hold. Training and learning to work with my injury became a passion of mine. I loved seeing my body change with every pound. Since then, I've completely reconditioned myself, gaining muscle and dropping pounds of fat through high intensity interval training, balance and stability excersises, and organized resistance training routines. It would be my pleasure to help transform your body, mind and energy to reach your personal goals! Philosophy: "No great thing is created suddenly, if you want something good, get it yourself." - Epictetus

My favorite thing about fitness is solving problems and figuring out a way to do something when it seems impossible. I love helping people figure out how to get where they want to go, whether it’s putting on muscle size, reducing imbalances or pain, look the way they want to look, regain some quality of life, etc. The bad news is that fitness is a long journey, but the good news is that fitness is a long journey, so there is no wrong place to start and nobody is too far behind! Philosophy, I think everyone can benefit from getting stronger and fitter, but remember, it’s only you vs. you. Focus on your own progress without comparing yourself to others, and find joy in challenging yourself every session!
