Dartmouth Total Fitness Blood Drive

Dartmouth Total Fitness is hosting a Blood Drive for the Rhode Island Blood Center. The blood center distributes blood products to hospitals in Southern New England. Don’t forget to bring your driver's license or another form of ID when you donate. For your generous donation, you will receive a $15 Gift Card & a FREE Shake.

VO₂ Max Performance Training with James Simmons

Take your fitness to the next level with targeted VO₂ max training on treadmills, bikes, and rowers. Using the Polar OH1+ heart rate monitor, you’ll perform high-intensity intervals in precise heart rate zones with structured recovery, tracking your VO₂ max throughout the program.

Why it matters:

  • Reverses heart aging and boosts cardiovascular health

  • Predicts longevity and slows age-related fitness decline

  • Supports brain health and reduces chronic disease risk

  • Enhances endurance and athletic performance

Rock Your Resolution with Stacia Abdow

Stacia’s weight-loss challenge is an 6-week program to keep participants accountable to their New Year's Resolutions. The workout will be designed to be high-intensity interval training. Including weekly weigh-ins to keep you focused on your goals. Let's keep those heart rates up and burn some major calories! (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Functional Body Building with James Simmons

Join this fun, functional 8-week group training that will get you built not burnt. Learn new exercises, mobility work, and how to use tempo in your training. Look good and move well with a variety of movement patterns in a progressive way so you can see the difference each week. (3 min. 6 max.)
