Boot Camp at Independence Park with Nadine Ramos

The Outdoor Bootcamp is back! Join Nadine for an energizing outdoor workout featuring sunshine, calisthenics, and full-body conditioning.

This class is FREE and open to both members and non-members, so bring a friend and start your weekend strong!

Please remember to bring a mat, towel, and plenty of water to stay hydrated.

BTF New Equipment Alert!

We’ve added new equipment to the fitness floor at Bristol Total Fitness! Members can now enjoy our upgraded plate-loaded Leg Press along with a new upright continuous Rope Pull machine.

The Rope Pull is a great upper body cardio and endurance workout designed for all fitness levels. Be sure to ask one of our trainers for a quick demo and add it to your next pull day workout!

Bristol Total Fitness Blood Drive

Bristol Total Fitness is hosting a Blood Drive for the Rhode Island Blood Center. The blood center distributes blood products to hospitals throughout Rhode Island and Southern New England. Don’t forget to bring your driver’s license or another form of ID when you donate. As a thank you for your generous donation, donors will receive a FREE shake from BTF, plus a FREE $10 gift card and FREE t-shirt from the blood center.

SilverSneakers® Well-Balanced Training with Gina Ferrara

This is a new 6-week, one-on-one program at Bristol Total Fitness led by instructor Gina Ferrara. Designed for older adults, the program focuses on improving balance, strength, flexibility, coordination, and reaction time to help reduce the risk of falls. Participants receive functional fitness assessments, targeted education, and personalized exercises. Training includes one 60-minute individualized session per week, with assessments at the start and end of the program to track progress.

Pilates Reformer with Erin Ward

Reap the benefits of a Pilates reformer workout! For 4 weeks chisel your core while elongating, and toning your muscles. The Pilates reformer is a spring-loaded carriage that provides resistance along with your own body. It provides support for the body while encouraging good posture. Get long and lean! Must have prior reformer experience or you must complete 3 Private Pilates Sessions prior to attending a group reformer training.(min. 3 max. 4 participants)

The Pause Info Session with Adriana Ferns

Join us for this 90-minute workshop designed specifically for women to better understand the changes their bodies experience during perimenopause and menopause. Learn how to nourish, train, and recover in ways that support your health and well-being during this stage of life.

We’ll also discuss supplements that may help ease symptoms and share additional resources to guide you along the way.
