Christmas Hours
Thursday, 12/24 Christmas Eve - 5am to 4pm (No pm classes)
Friday, 12/25 Christmas - CLOSED
Saturday, 12/26 6am to 6pm (All classes cancelled)

New Years Hours
Thursday, 12/31 New Years Eve - 5am to 4pm (No pm classes)
Friday, 1/1 New Years Day - 8am to 9pm (Regular classes cancelled stay tuned for specialty classes offered after 8am)


Bristol Total Fitness Closing for State of RI 2-Week Pause

The RI Governor has mandated that all RI gyms including Bristol Total Fitness, must close for the next Two-Week Pause.

Rest assured Total Fitness Clubs will not be billing any Bristol members for their December 1st membership dues.

According to the day in which that we reopen, Total Fitness Clubs will prorate Bristol member's dues based on the balance of days remaining in December.

The Staff and Management of Bristol Total Fitness appreciate all the expressions of support as well as the offers to continue billing some members' dues.

Thank You! for your understanding and patience as we all continue to learn how to navigate through these unprecedented times and this Mandatory 2-Week Pause.

How to age Awesome! This 4-week low impact group training is for the active older adult. Training will incorporate various styles of workouts utilizing assorted fitness equipment. Join this safe and effective program to increase strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. Take yourself out of the comfort zone to build your immune system and improve your quality of life. New Year! New You! This 6-week group training will get you back on track whether you have been on hiatus for a while or you are just looking for some fitness motivation. Total body conditioning with various equipment and training styles.
