Reap the benefits of a pilates reformer workout! For 4-weeks chisel your core, elongate your muscles and tone your whole body. The pilates reformer is a spring-loaded carriage that provides resistance along with your own body. It provides support for the body while encouraging good posture. Get long and lean! Bristol Strong with Andrea Chase
Join Andrea for this 4-week small group training twice a week. Bristol Strong is a fast-paced program in which you will complete one exercise for a designated period of time before moving on to the next exercise. There will be eight different exercises that you will rotate through multiple times during each session for a full-body workout hitting your quads, hamstrings, calves, chest, back, triceps, biceps, shoulders, and core. Sugar Shakedown with Adriana Ferns
This could be the year you break the sugar cycle! For 8 weeks this program will help clean out the sugar from your body and help stop those carb cravings as well as craving those sweets. This flexible 10-week group program will train members to be comfortable with barbell exercises with the main purpose of building comprehensive strength necessary to live the most fulfilling life. Do you enjoy intense workouts, the camaraderie of group training or are you trying to get off a plateau? This is the workout for you! All ages and fitness levels welcome. (Optional) 5k Obstacle Race once the program has concluded. (min. 3 max. 10 participants)
