Bristol Total Fitness is hosting a Blood Drive for the Rhode Island Blood Center. The blood center distributes blood products to hospitals in Rhode Island and Southern New England. Don’t forget to bring your driver's license or another form of ID when you donate. For your generous donation, you will receive a FREE Shake.

Pedal to End Cancer, formerly Spin for Hope, is a three-hour SPINNING event taking place simultaneously at participating health clubs around New England. 100% of the contributions go directly to the American Cancer Society!
This is really just a giant Spin Party for a great cause! With 30 participants in 2022, Total Fitness raised over $10,700 for the ACS through this event!
