Pedal To End Cancer
Pedal to End Cancer, formerly Spin for Hope, is a three-hour SPINNING event taking place simultaneously at participating health clubs around New England. 100% of the contributions go directly to the American Cancer Society!
This is just a giant Spin Party for a great cause! With 22 participants in 2023, Total Fitness raised over $12,000 for the ACS through this event!
Open to all members and the public! Space is limited! Sign up today!

Private Yoga Sessions with Adriana Ferns
Private sessions are the perfect way to individualize your Yoga practice along with making it ideal for your body and mind. Adriana can assist the beginner to the more advanced participant with technique to make you feel comfortable in any Yoga setting. A private session allows an individual to set specific goals and plans, such as personal goals for flexibility, strength or meditation.

Reap the benefits of a Pilates reformer workout! For 6 weeks chisel, your core, elongate your muscles and tone your whole body. The Pilates reformer is a spring-loaded carriage that provides resistance along with your own body. It provides support for the body while encouraging good posture. Get long and lean! You must have prior reformer experience or complete 3 Private Pilates Sessions before attending a group reformer training. (min. 3 max. 5 participants)

Spin for Weight Loss with Gina Ferrara
Spinning for Weight Loss is an 8-week program that is a new approach to getting fit and losing weight. It is NOT a diet - it is a plan you can live with!
This program will be all about Healthy Habits, and nutrition, and include plenty of calorie-burning Spinning rides. Each week will focus on introducing 2 new Healthy Habits that you will incorporate into your daily routine. Each day you will track your progress, which ensures accountability and allows you to earn points as you continue through the program. The top 3 participants with the most points at the end of the program win a prize!
Whether you are new to Spinning or a more experienced cyclist, this program is open to all who are interested in changing their lifestyle and learning new Healthy Habits.
Requirements:
- All participants MUST have a heart rate monitor.
- For individuals who are new to Spinning, there will be an Introduction to Spinning class before the start of the 8-week program.
- All participants MUST attend the Heart Rate Training session so that your heart rate can be accurately calculated for each Spinning Energy Zone.

Natural Movement Group Training with Adriana Ferns
