This 6-week program will motivate you to be the best version of your healthiest self. Total body conditioning involves both strength and cardiovascular exercise. Workouts are designed to change each week to target all major muscle groups in various ways. We will utilize a mix of free weights, bands, medicine balls, and more. Muscle Therapy Tuesdays with Paul Silvia Zoci CFT, COTA/L
Paul holds two Associate’s degrees, in Liberal Studies and Occupational Therapy. He is a certified and licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant and a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association. If you have nagging injuries, are seeking muscle recovery, or just want to unwind with a massage, book a muscle therapy session with Paul.

Muscle Therapy Tuesdays with Paul Silvia Zoci CFT, COTA/L
Paul holds two Associate’s degrees, in Liberal Studies and Occupational Therapy. He is a certified and licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant and a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association. If you have nagging injuries, are seeking muscle recovery, or just want to unwind with a massage, book a muscle therapy session with Paul.

Stuck in a rut? Tired of the same old same old? Join Julie for her 6-week program that will give you back your Oomph for Fitness!
