September is Suicide Awareness Month. Join us for our first annual 5k walk, run, sprint, or ruck to raise awareness for the 22 Veterans who commit suicide every day.

Couch to 5k with Julie Fostin

Have you always wanted to run a 5k but don’t know how to go about it? Now is your chance! Join this outdoor 8-week training at the Fairhaven Bike Path with participants just starting out like you. Training will include an assessment before and after, a group training session, and 5k homework. Julie’s goal for you is to join her to run/walk/jog and finish the Fairhaven Tukey Trot. Has this always been on your bucket list, It is time to cross it off.

This 6-week program will motivate you to be the best version of your healthiest self. Total body conditioning involves both strength and cardiovascular exercise. Workouts are designed to change each week to target all major muscle groups in various ways. We will utilize a mix of free weights, bands, medicine balls, and more.
