USPA Powerlifting Competition
PerformanceIQ Inc. and Dartmouth Total Fitness are teaming up to host our first annual USPA Powerlifting Competition. The USPA is the largest powerlifting federation created by lifters, for lifters. With over 400 competitions nationwide, lifters from all skill levels are provided an opportunity to showcase their efforts in a safe and competitive environment. This drug-tested Southeastern MA Challenge will feature: Full Power, Push Pull, Deadlift Only and Bench Only. State and National records can be set. Ray & CJ started Performance IQ Inc with the idea of bringing well-dosed, conscientious products to our consumers, clients, and friends. From the jump they had certain standards in mind that weren’t being taken across all brands in the space: utilize an FDA and CGMP certified facility, reduce the use of unnecessary colors, and use natural flavors and sweeteners when possible.

Are you in need of some fitness N-Spiration? Join Julie for this 4-week group training that will motivate you to achieve your health and wellness goals. She will challenge you with interval workouts with a variety of equipment to improve your strength and cardiovascular fitness. Enjoy working out with fellow participants to push you to the next level of fitness.
