Intro to Powerlifting with Amilcar Conceicao
Learn to utilize your body in the most efficient way possible! The sport of powerlifting will improve fat loss, raise strength, improve skeletal health (prevents osteoporosis), improve posture, slow the aging process, and also will help you develop a warrior's mindset!
