Thanksgiving Holiday Hours

Wednesday, 11/25 All Clubs Close at 5 pm (All afternoon classes cancelled)
Thursday, 11/26 All Clubs Open 7 am -11 am Thanksgiving Day regularly scheduled classes are cancelled.
Friday, 11/27 All Clubs Open at 8 am – Classes after 8 am

Matt's Massage

Matt’s Massage offers a complete menu of massage therapy services. Available massage therapy techniques include Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Swedish Relaxation Massage, Chair Massage, and Corestones® Hot Stone Massage. Specializing in Neck, Back, and Hip pain.

Matt’s Massage is owned and operated by Matthew B. Nottingham, L.M.T., C.S.C.S. In addition to being a licensed massage therapist, Matt has been a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist since 1994. With 20 years of experience in the fitness and physical rehabilitation field, Matt has a strong background in human anatomy and injury rehabilitation.

PROGRAMS

Motiv8ed 2 B FIT with Julie Fostin

This 6-week program will motivate you to be your best version of your healthiest self. Total body conditioning that involves both strength and cardiovascular exercise. Designed to change each week to target all major muscle groups in a variety of ways. We will utilize a mix of free weights, bands, medicine balls, and more. This training is suited for the beginner to a fitness fanatic. (3 min. 6 max.)

Time:
Wednesday @ 5:30pm - 6:30pm, Nov 4th - Dec 9th
Wednesday @ 5:30pm - 6:30pm, Dec 16th - Jan 20th

Cost: $99 (Optional $20 Drop-In)

Fitness Boot Camp with Julie Fostin

This 4-week group training that will be filled with fitness fun! Drills for every level of fitness to improve your strength and stamina. Julie will keep you motivated each week with a variety of workouts that will bring you to the next level of your health and fitness. This is where the change happens! (3 min. 6 max.)

Saturday @ 10am - 11am, Nov 21st - Dec 12th

Cost: $70 (Optional $20 Drop-In)
