Relay for Life American Cancer Society Zumba Fundraiser
Join Fitness Instructor, Carol Ann for this fun charity event to raise funds for the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life. A suggested donation of $10. 100% of donations go to the Relay for Life. All levels of fitness are welcome and this event is open to the public.
The Relay For Life movement is dedicated to helping communities attack cancer. Through funds donated, time given, or awareness raised, our communities are teaming up - virtually or in-person - to make a difference. Paul holds two Associate’s degrees, in Liberal Studies and Occupational Therapy. He is a certified and licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant and a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association. The Phoenix offers a sober active community for those in recovery from substance use disorder, supporters of those in recovery, or anyone who chooses to live a sober lifestyle. All events are FREE! USPA Powerlifting Competition
PerformanceIQ Inc. and Dartmouth Total Fitness are teaming up to host our first annual USPA Powerlifting Competition. The USPA is the largest powerlifting federation created by lifters, for lifters. With over 400 competitions nationwide, lifters from all skill levels are provided an opportunity to showcase their efforts in a safe and competitive environment. This drug-tested Southeastern MA Challenge will feature: Full Power, Push Pull, Deadlift Only and Bench Only. State and National records can be set. Karate Workshop with Donna Vinbury
Have you ever wanted to learn karate? This 6-week karate workshop is for all fitness levels. Watch your self-confidence grow each week as you learn basic punching, blocking, and kicking skills. These skills will then be put together as an effective way to protect and defend yourself while increasing your environmental awareness. This workshop is also open to karate experienced that would like to refresh their skills.

Pedal to End Cancer, formerly Spin for Hope, is a three-hour SPINNING event taking place simultaneously at participating health clubs around New England. 100% of the contributions go directly to the American Cancer Society!
This is really just a giant Spin Party for a great cause! With 30 participants in 2022, Total Fitness raised over $10,700 for the ACS through this event!
Open to all members and the public!

Have you ever wanted to learn karate? This 6-week karate workshop is for all fitness levels. Watch your self-confidence grow each week as you learn basic punching, blocking, and kicking skills.
