Private sessions are the perfect way to individualize your Yoga practice along with making it ideal for your body and mind. The pilates reformer is a spring-loaded carriage that provides resistance along with your own body. It provides support for the body while encouraging good posture. Get long and lean! Walt’s Women of Steel group training use various exercise modalities and methodologies from HIIT, to circuit,  to conventional strength training, to impact all areas of fitness: Muscular Endurance,  Muscular Strength, Cardiovascular health, Flexibility and Body Composition. What is Movnat: It is a physical education system for developing real-world capability through natural movement. In this 4-week training, you will learn to move how the body was intended to move. USPA Powerlifting Competition

PerformanceIQ Inc. and Dartmouth Total Fitness are teaming up to host our first annual USPA Powerlifting Competition. The USPA is the largest powerlifting federation created by lifters, for lifters. With over 400 competitions nationwide, lifters from all skill levels are provided an opportunity to showcase their efforts in a safe and competitive environment. This drug-tested Southeastern MA Challenge will feature: Full Power, Push Pull, Deadlift Only and Bench Only. State and National records can be set.
