A Wish Come True Class-A-Thon
Total Fitness is Teaming up with A Wish Come True to raise funds by offering fun group fitness classes every half hour for a small donation. This organization is the oldest wish-granting organization in RI and MA. Their mission is to grant magical wishes AND provide resources to families that have a child struggling with a life-threatening illness, 3-18 years of age. Most of the Wish Children are surviving their illnesses, which requires additional support and causes stress on the families. The Magical Wish remains an opportunity to provide hope, love, and happy memories that last a lifetime. They provide financial resources to families in crisis and support to those in need.

PROGRAMS
Accountability 5k with Julie Fostin
Feeling that you are inconsistent with your run training? Do you struggle to get outside or in the gym for a training run on your own? This is the program for you! This 4-week program will offer group outdoor runs (if weather permits) for participants of all ages from beginner to intermediate skill levels. Together we can keep each other accountable and motivated to move our training to the next level to achieve individual goals. Along the way, Coach Julie will share tips and tricks that will help you be successful on your running journey. (3 min. 6 max.)
The next two sessions will prepare you for the upcoming West Island 5K Road Race. The race is optional and the race fee is not included.

Motiv8ed 2 B FIT with Julie Fostin
This 8-week program will motivate you to be the best version of your healthiest self. Total body conditioning involves both strength and cardiovascular exercise. Workouts are designed to change each week to target all major muscle groups in various ways. We will utilize a mix of free weights, bands, medicine balls, and more. This training is suited for the beginner to a fitness fanatic. (3 min. 6 max.)

Functional Body Building with James Simmons
Join this fun, functional 8-week group training that will get you built not burnt. Learn new exercises, mobility work, and how to use tempo in your training. Look good and move well with a variety of movement patterns in a progressive way so you can see the difference each week. (3 min. 6 max.)
