Specht Physical Therapy Moving to New Location

After 16 years of serving the community from their clinic inside Swansea Total Fitness, Specht PT is moving their practice just a short drive away. “We will really miss seeing the members and staff at Swansea Total Fitness on a daily basis, but this move will allow us to provide a wider range of services to our patients, and that has us thrilled about the possibilities,” says Greg Specht, Clinical Director at Specht. As always, Specht PT will continue to partner with Total Fitness by providing Free Injury-Screenings to Total Fitness members. Outdoor Tough Training with Adriana Ferns

Ready to tackle a new and exciting goal this year? This is it! This 8-week outdoor group training will prepare you for your next race. Adriana will simulate obstacle course challenges to test your speed and endurance. The workouts will include: running, jumping, balancing and more along with nutritional guidance. (Weather permitting) (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Sugar Shakedown with Adriana Ferns

End the vicious circle of yo-yo diets and unhealthy patterns! For 6 weeks this program will help clean out the sugar from your body and help stop those carb cravings as well as craving those sweets. Meal plans; a grocery list, workouts and weekly weigh-ins/body fat measurements will be given throughout the program. With the support from Adriana and fellow participants, you will work and learn how to eat, live and maintain a healthy lifestyle. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Mix It Up with Dawn Casella

Woman of Steel with Walter Medeiros

Join this 8-week progressive strength-training program for women focusing on all aspects of fitness including cardiovascular & muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and body composition. Participants will enjoy the camaraderie of working with a group in a fun and encouraging atmosphere to achieve results. Workouts will consist of weight, balance and flexibility training with cardio intervals to focus on core strength. All fitness levels welcome. (min. 3 max. 6 participants)

Weight Loss Clinic with Walter Medeiros

Participants will undertake a 10-week long program that will combine personalized dietary guidelines for each individual along with a weekly group training session which will help build camaraderie amongst participants which will help you overcome many obstacles. Also included, weekly weigh-ins followed by a “group therapy” session to ultimately lose as much weight safely as well as to allow for the greatest amount of success to keep the weight off.

Classes are based on fitness level, participants must contact Walter prior to the program at waltermedeiros@totalfitnessclubs.com. Members that Inspire Us


Henry Zinno Jr. joined Bristol Total Fitness in February 2012. He enjoys doing a series of CrossFit-style exercise routines. After seeing a picture of himself while on a mission trip, Henry made a promise to himself that he was going change. He is now down 30lbs, has gained muscle and improved his blood pressure. “I’m 62 years old, and I haven’t seen this weight or muscle strength since I was in my 20s! Be consistent with your fitness routine and combine it with a program to keep your spiritual health in shape as well. Find a mentor who will challenge you, like my friend Rob did for me.” Way to go, Father Zinno! Congratulations!
Amy Sterne joined Swansea Total Fitness in September 2015. She joined for group fitness classes especially Yoga but has branched out and tried other classes. Amy has recently lost 20lbs. due to working hard on her diet and exercising. She loves that the gym has so many options on how to exercise and feels like she has learned so much about fitness and nutrition. Amy recently began weight training with Abby Cabral and says that “You don’t always realize what you can do until someone pushes you.” She says everyone at the gym, staff, and members are very kind and helpful. It’s a great atmosphere in which to work out. Congratulations!
Dina Pichette joined Seekonk Total Fitness in July 2015 and Jenn Byrne joined in September 2014. They have always been into fitness, Jenn has been dancing for 13 years and Dina likes group fitness classes. For the last six months, they’ve enjoyed each other’s company working out together strength training and cardio. Dina & Jenn’s desire to be physically fit and overall staying healthy is what motivates them to come to the gym at least five days a week. They are both so close to achieving their ideal weight and having a six pack before the summer. Nice job girls!!
Donna Valente joined Dartmouth Total Fitness in October 2013. She trains weekly with Personal Trainer, Jodi Garie. Donna’s fitness routine is changed regularly to keep her challenged. Since she started training Donna is healthier and stronger than she has ever been. One of Donna’s fitness tips she’d like to share is “Working with a trainer keeps you focused and on track! Jodi recognizes my limitations while pushing me to do more than I ever thought I could do.” She is not only maintaining a healthy lifestyle for herself, she states “I am doing this to stay strong for those who mean the world to me!” Keep up the great work, Donna. Congratulations!

Pedal To End Cancer

Pedal to End Cancer, formerly Spin for Hope, is a three-hour SPINNING event taking place simultaneously at participating health clubs around New England. 100% of the contributions go directly to the American Cancer Society!

Weight Loss Clinic with Walter Medeiros

Participants will undertake a 10-week long program that will combine personalized dietary guidelines for each individual along with a weekly group training session which will help build camaraderie amongst participants which will help you overcome many obstacles. Also included, weekly weigh-ins followed by a “group therapy” session to ultimately lose as much weight safely as well as to allow for the greatest amount of success to keep the weight off.

Grace To joined Bristol Total Fitness in March 2012. She likes to come to the gym once a day, and really enjoys doing different combinations of weights and exercises to keep improving her fitness level. Grace says that it helps to put her in a better mood and state of mind. Her favorite fitness quote is, “Consistency is key.” If you follow through with anything, you will be able to accomplish your goals. We would like to congratulate Grace on this accomplishment and we’ll continue to follow her fitness journey!
Adam Belue joined Swansea Total Fitness in February 2011. He started getting serious about his fitness routine in March 2017. Following two knee surgeries and physical therapy, Adam had to relearn how to walk and run. Since then he is back to playing tennis and hitting the gym hard. Adam has taught himself a lot about fitness and tracks his progress which helps him stay motivated. He says there are really no excuses to not come to the gym, you have to stick with it and make your own routine. Adam, thank you for sticking with it. We love seeing you in the gym! Congratulations!
Stephen Evans joined Seekonk Total Fitness since April 2013. He started training with Walter after having surgeries on his wrist and shoulder. Stephen couldn’t have done it without Walters’ help. He never thought that he would be able to wake up early in the morning and go to the gym but has made it part of his routine to get his workout in before the start of his day. His goals are to try to stay consistent and to stay healthy. Stephen, you’re doing a fantastic job! Keep up the great work!
Scott Deterra joined Dartmouth Total Fitness in July 2018. As far as his fitness journey goes, “It never ends!” Scott is an avid spinner and has participated in the American Cancer Society’s Pedal to End Cancer for the past two years. He attributes his success to the DTF Spinning instructors. Scott would like to give a special shout-out to instructors Julie and Carrie, for always pushing him, even if it means Carrie having to turn the knob! He enjoys his time at the gym and wants to note that the “personnel are always polite and courteous.” One fitness tip Scott would like to share is, “Don’t settle on one routine.” Keep up the great work! Pedal To End Cancer

Pedal to End Cancer, formerly Spin for Hope, is a three-hour SPINNING event taking place simultaneously at participating health clubs around New England. 100% of the contributions go directly to the American Cancer Society!

This is really just a giant Spin Party for a great cause! With over 80 participants last year, Total Fitness raised almost $60,000 for the ACS through this event!

Members that Inspire Us


Marc Mello joined Bristol Total Fitness in November 2012. He attends the gym five times per week and attributes much of his success to Personal Trainer, Dave Parker. Over the last few years, Marc has participated in several 5k races and accomplished things that beforehand he never would have been able to. Marc says, “Be consistent, disciplined, and always challenge yourself. Don’t settle for good – be great.” Marc says that Dave has played a huge role in keeping him focused and driven every training session. “Working with him is the best decision I’ve ever made. Congratulations, Marc! Keep up the good work!
Joe Silva joined Swansea Total Fitness in August 1999 and Sophia Sullivan joined in March 2013. This year he celebrated his 70th birthday by taking a Group Power class with his granddaughter, Sophia. Joe has a been a huge motivation for her to start her fitness journey. They take classes together regularly to stay motivated. Outside of the gym, Joe likes to cycle, be outside and spend time with his four grandchildren and Sophia is going to Fitchburg State University for elementary education. Joe truly is a great role model and his advice is “don’t quit”. His consistency keeps him feeling and looking great. Congrats to the dynamic duo!
Corey Russell joined Seekonk Total Fitness in February 2010. He has always been into fitness, plays tennis and loves to jog. Corey’s main goals are maintaining the weight and improving his strength. He says, “It’s a marathon, not a sprint, a little bit every day.” Living a long life with his family is what motivates him to do just that in the gym. Besides working and attending the gym regularly, Corey can be seen enjoying the day playing golf or skiing. Keep up the great work and congratulations!
Diane Souza joined Dartmouth Total Fitness in June 2014. She trains with Personal Trainer, Stacia Abdow and participates in her Fit Body Boot Camp each week. “Stacia pushes me to reach my maximum potential and I am in the best shape of my life because of her!” Diane encourages everyone to do the best they can each day and not to give up. She stays busy outside of the gym also, running 50-K’s, the NYC and Chicago marathons and many more! “I love going to the gym and having it as part of my routine- The entire staff is great and I love the classes offered as well!” Thank you for being such a dedicated member Diane, Congratulations!

Weight Loss Clinic with Walter Medeiros

Participants will undertake a 10-week long program that will combine personalized dietary guidelines for each individual along with a weekly group training session which will help build camaraderie amongst participants which will help you overcome many obstacles. Also included, weekly weigh-ins followed by a “group therapy” session to ultimately lose as much weight safely as well as to allow for the greatest amount of success to keep the weight off.

Members that Inspire Us


Joan Miller joined Bristol Total Fitness in June 2014. She attends the gym at least 3-4 times a week and trains with Dawn Casella. Joan enjoys all Pilates reformer and mat classes; she says that the group classes help her make new friends and they all encourage each other to create a motivating environment. She has lost a total of 25 pounds, continues to increase her flexibility and is reaping the health benefits that come with weight loss. Joan had shoulder surgery in 2012 and says that Dawn has been a great motivator in her recovery. Her health and fitness tip, “Don’t give up! Always push yourself.” We couldn’t agree more! Congrats!
Marcy Cowell joined Swansea Total Fitness in January 2017. In the year that she has been a member, Marcy has already completed two major goals: Running her first 5K at the Swansea Total Fitness Thanksgiving Race and can deadlift 135lbs! Training with Tony Quintanilha twice a week has given Marcy the confidence to achieve these goals and to keep striving for more! She says that training with Tony is fun because he has a great personality, keeps workouts exciting, motivating and challenging. Marcy always has a smile on her face when she’s working out and we are so proud of your accomplishments so far! Congratulations!
Lizandra Costa joined Seekonk Total Fitness in July 2015. She has always been into fitness, in her younger years, she took dance classes to stay fit. Like many of us, after having her children, Lizandra got busy with life and gained 50 pounds. The consistency in coming almost every day, taking spin classes and training with Laurie Roderick led her to lose almost all the weight she gained along with the feeling of having her clothes fit better is motivation for her to keep going. When Lizandra is not in the gym, she enjoys reading, watching her favorite shows, and baking. Keep up the great work! Congratulations!
Aubrey Silva joined Dartmouth Total Fitness in June of 2016. Her favorite days of the week are Tuesdays when she gets to train with James in his Total Body Fitness group training, as well as Thursdays when she participates in his boot camp class! Aubrey adds, “When I’m not training in class, I love going to the gym with my favorite workout partner, Sarah Petitpas.” Aubrey has earned some major bragging rights too – Completing two Spartan Sprint Races at Fenway Park. Her advice to everyone is to “challenge yourself past your comfort zone if you want to become stronger mentally and physically.” Congratulations!

Want to start living cleaner and leaner? Members that Inspire Us


Pamela Sampson joined Bristol Total Fitness in October 2016. Over the past thirteen months, she has lost a total of 120 pounds! Pam has gone from having difficulty walking to exercising for an hour and a half to two hours per day. She has eliminated diabetes and is in a much healthier place because of this lifestyle change. Pam says, “Don’t take fitness for granted. It’s difficult to get back once it’s gone.” Pam works out with a trainer, Will, and she enjoys the challenge that the session’s offer- they keep her motivated and have significantly increased her physical abilities as well. Pam’s journey is an inspiration to us all! Congratulations!
Chip Sousa joined Swansea Total Fitness in December of 2016. Over the last year, Chip has lost an astounding 185 pounds. He starts his workouts with heavy weight lifting because muscle is so important for overall strength and body composition, then does cardio, to stay the fat burning zone for ultimate results. “It’s not a hobby, it’s a lifestyle” is what Chip told us and he definitely lives up to that. In addition to hitting the gym six days a week, he says that diet is 99% of his success. Staying disciplined to your program is the only way to stay on track. Chip says it’s been nothing but a great experience at SWTF because of the great staff. Congrats Chip!
Finn Martel joined Seekonk Total Fitness in August 2014. He’s been into fitness since Junior High where he began lifting and playing football. Finn lifted regularly with his older brother and his friends. His motivation to be in great shape brings him into the gym as much as possible. Finn is a firefighter and needs to stay fit in order to do his job effectively. His daily goals are staying focused and wanting to be the best version of his healthiest self. Finn’s constant drive is derived from wanting to set a healthy example for his young daughter. Thanks to the babysitting room at SKTF he is able to work out and have his daughter nearby.
Branden Lincoln joined Dartmouth Total Fitness in December of 2015. He recently started training with personal trainer James Simmons and really enjoys the Muay Thai style training. Branden has lost 30 lbs which is an incredible testimony of his dedication to fitness. His philosophy is clean eating above everything – with the occasional splurge of course. When thinking about his fitness journey, Branden reminds himself that success is found by “Seeking the uncomfortable”. Swansea Total Fitness 4th Annual Thanksgiving 5k Run/3k Walk

Join the Total Fitness team this Thanksgiving morning for our 4th Annual Thanksgiving event! All proceeds will go to benefit Total Fitness Member, Dave Lopes cancer treatment. Members that Inspire Us


Whitney Sutherland joined Bristol Total Fitness in May 2017. She started off as a participant in Adriana’s Sugar Shakedown, and she now attends the gym 6-7 days per week. Since starting her journey at BTF, she has lost a total of 61 pounds and 10% body fat! “Stick with it, it isn’t easy and doesn’t happen overnight. Maintain consistency and you will achieve your goals.” Whitney attributes much of her success to the help of her trainer, Adriana: “She guided me, she held me accountable, she believed in me, she pushed me. Having someone there that wants it just as bad as you is an invaluable asset.” Whitney, you are an inspiration! Congratulations!
Claudia Bussiere joined Swansea Total Fitness in March 2016. She is a true testament to being the best shape you can at any age. Claudia’s consistent training regimen includes working out 3-4 times a week. After reaching a milestone birthday, Claudia decided to get into the best shape yet, and she has accomplished that! She says, “There may be times you feel you just don’t have it in you, but persevere, challenge yourself and the benefits will always outweigh the alternative!” Claudia likes that the SWTF staff is helpful and the gym community is friendly and motivating. We are definitely going to use your advice and “Never Quit— Persevere!”
Lisa and Raul Vicente joined Seekonk Total Fitness in September 2012. As former athletes, fitness has always been a focus but inconsistency with their diet and exercise lead to weight gain. In January of 2017, Lisa and Raul committed to being healthier after many false starts. Determination and the childcare room has given them the time to shed fat and gain muscle. Lisa and Raul’s goal is to stay devoted to becoming a better version of themselves. Their greatest joy comes from being able to outrun their three children. Congratulations Lisa and Raul you earned it!
Maryann Krane joined Dartmouth Total Fitness in 2014. She attends the gym 2-3 times per week and trains with Stacia Abdow. “Stacia’s Fit Body Boot Camp group training is great! Different every week and always challenging!” Maryann is a long distance runner and credits her training with Stacia for her improvements in running longer and being stronger. BIG “3” Powerlifting Competition 

How strong are you? Compete against members in three categories Squat, Bench and Deadlift. Top lifter prizes will be awarded in each category along with a grand prize for the top lifter. Swansea Total Fitness 4th Annual Thanksgiving 5k Run/3k Walk

Weight Loss Clinic with Walter Medeiros

Participants will undertake a 10-week long program that will combine personalized dietary guidelines for each individual along with a weekly group training session which will help build camaraderie amongst participants which will help you overcome many obstacles. Also included, weekly weigh-ins followed by a “group therapy” session to ultimately lose as much weight safely as well as to allow for the greatest amount of success to keep the weight off.

Members that Inspire Us


Sean Fitzpatrick joined Bristol Total Fitness in October 2016. He attends the gym at least 4-5 days a week. Sean enjoys doing different variations of cardio, especially the elliptical and treadmill along with circuit training exercises. He is a former federal police officer and his job required him to stay fit. This year, Sean has lost a total of 100 pounds! He says, “As we age, it gets harder to lose weight and maintain it. You need to push yourself to at least thirty minutes of exercise and find what works for you.” We are very proud of what Sean has accomplished and we wish him the best in his future endeavors. Awesome job!
Mark Mcaloon has been a member of Swansea Total Fitness since October 2016. He works out faithfully five times a week and his favorite workout day is chest day with the incline bench. Mark believes that the body is an incredible machine, if you push it to the limit it will follow. Aside from gaining muscle, since joining the gym, Mark has lost 30+ pounds. He enjoys coming to the gym, he thinks the staff is awesome and very helpful! Keep up the good work Mark! Your hard work has truly paid off!
Deborah Phillips has been a member of Seekonk Total Fitness since August 2015. Her consistency and dedication to the gym contribute to her good health and fitness. Deb has always been into fitness since her late 20’s. At this time in her life though, maintaining her bone density is really important and one of her main goals. Deb also loves the feeling of being energized after a great workout. When she’s not utilizing the gym, her other passion is reading a good book. Great job Deb! Keep going because you are a motivation to many of us! Congratulations!
Don Lawrence joined Dartmouth Total Fitness in March 2011 and works out 4 days a week! He says, “Being a member of the gym has enabled me to do multiple 5Ks, mud runs, and a sprint triathlon.” Don’s advice – “Do something, anything – and stick to it! Something is always better than nothing!” Don is a big fan of the group exercise setting and says it has been the biggest motivator to staying consistent. He also adds – “a healthy dose of peer pressure doesn’t hurt either!”  Don would like to thank all of the group ex-instructors who keep the classes fresh and challenging. “And also a thank you to the staff and members who make this feel like family.”

Total Fitness Throwdown

This 12-week fitness competition will challenge you in all aspects of fitness. Let our professionals bring you to the next level with workouts that will focus on muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance and so much more, all while working out with like-minded participants. Once a month each team will meet at Bristol Total Fitness to compete in a series of workouts to determine the fittest team. Weight Loss Clinic with Walter Medeiros

Participants will undertake a 10-week long program that will combine personalized dietary guidelines for each individual along with a weekly group training session which will help build camaraderie amongst participants which will help you overcome many obstacles. Also included, weekly weigh-ins followed by a “group therapy” session to ultimately lose as much weight safely as well as to allow for the greatest amount of success to keep the weight off.

Chelsey Dator has been a member at Bristol Total Fitness since May 2013. She comes in to work out at least 5-6 times every week. Chelsey has recovered from three major hip surgeries, and had to learn how to walk again without the help of crutches. Since her last surgery in 2015, she has gained ten pounds of solid muscle mass. She says, “You may feel like you reach a place where you aren’t progressing but it’s still happening. Don’t give up!” We couldn’t agree more! We at Bristol Total Fitness are proud of her progress and accomplishments. Awesome job, Chelsey!
Carlos Campos joined Swansea Total Fitness in October 2013. He’s in the gym bright and early starting every day with a workout. Carlos’s workout consists of extensive stretching, lifting and his favorite activity is doing cardio. He’s had some health issues, therefore made some adjustments in his diet and workout routine, resulting in a 40lb weight loss! A favorite quote of Carlos’ is “work hard for success”. He enjoys the friendly, dedicated staff and atmosphere of Swansea Total Fitness. It makes it a pleasure working out there. Keep up the good work Carlos!
Stephen Holahan joined Seekonk Total Fitness in March of 2010 and since joining he’s been attending the gym regularly. Stephen started working with Personal Trainer, Walter Medeiros in January. With his trainer’s guidance he is now more focused on proper diet and exercise. Stephen feels that exercise helps him manage stress and puts him in a positive frame of mind. His goal right now is continuing to lose weight while increasing his strength. When Stephen isn’t at the gym, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and watching football. Congratulations!
Brenda joined Dartmouth Total Fitness in July of 2013. She loves training with Personal Trainer Julie Fostin and finds her workouts enjoyable and effective- “The constant changes challenge my body to be the best it can be!” Brenda never thought she was the type of person to belong to a gym but that all changed once she joined. “Julie has kept me going. I have been able to maintain my weight, body density, strength and overall health.” Exercising is not only a positive experience for Brenda, but she also looks at it as an accomplishment- “I am grateful that I made the decision 7 years ago to take charge of my health.” Congratulations Brenda!

Matt Wilson joined Bristol Total Fitness in November of 2016 and comes to workout six days a week. “BTF is a great facility that is always expanding and improving; it’s a facility where you are naturally comfortable.” Matt is training to become a police officer, and his motivation to never let his physical fitness hold him back from his dream. He has lost a total of 62 pounds, and continues to eat very healthy and improve his weight training abilities. Matt’s health/fitness tip is “Stay focused and committed. Once you discover results, you will want to keep pushing for more greatness. It comes with time, just never give up.” Congratulations Matt!
Brian Ferreira joined Swansea Total Fitness in December 2016. He has been working with Personal Trainer Jim Nolan four times a week and the work has definitely paid off. Brian is now deadlifting 375 and headed towards 405 pounds. His advice is to set small, attainable goals you can reach along the way of your journey. Brian’s favorite quote is “when you want to succeed as bad as you want to breathe, then you’ll be successful”. Brian would like to thank all of the staff of Swansea Total Fitness, but especially Jim. Brian says, “None of my success would be possible without him”. Keep up the hard work Brian! You are doing an amazing job!
Karen Santos joined Seekonk Total Fitness in May 2017. She has always struggled to stay with-in healthy weight. Now with Karen being in her 40’s, she has a teenage son who enjoys playing sports. Being pro-active in her son’s life she put him ahead of herself. So Karen’s ability to exercise and eat properly were dwindling until she joined Tammy’s Body Revolution group training. Working with Tammy, she has learned many fitness and nutrition tips and tricks. All the changes Karen has made, helps encourage her to continue to beat her personal goals to build a stronger, leaner, healthier body. So far she has lost 16lbs and going strong! Congratulations!
David Gay joined Dartmouth Total Fitness in November of 2014. He trains with Master Personal Trainer, Jodi Garie. He joined DTF with specific goals in mind: Lose some weight, increase stamina, and improve the discomfort in his feet and back. At almost 72 years young, David made the commitment to fitness and he has lost and kept off 10 lbs.! “My overall health appears to be substantially better and my quality of life has improved!” His enthusiasm is great and his commitment to his trainer Jodi is amazing – “It’s a pleasure to go to my workouts even though I drive 33 miles to get there!” Now THAT’S dedication! Congratulations David!

Fit Club with Dave Parker

Join Dave for this 8-week program that will help you gain strength and endurance. Group training high intensity and conditioning workouts will include a variety of equipment such as: ropes, kettlebells, sleds and more. Fitness gains will be measured by comparing weights and times from previous workouts. Dave will encourage you to push yourself! Total Fitness for Women with Erin WardTotal Fitness for Women is a 6-week group-training program under the supervision of our certified personal trainer, Erin Ward. Members that Inspire Us


Mary Correia joined Bristol Total Fitness in January 2017 and now attends the gym 6 times a week. She joined trainer Adriana’s Sugar Shakedown and was able to lose 35 pounds in just 12 weeks. Mary attributes much of her success to staying accountable through her weigh-ins with Adriana, Peggy’s Wednesday night spin classes, and having the support of her BTF family. “I look forward to going daily and meeting up with friends, I am happier and I feel great.” Her journey has just begun and we can’t wait to see what the future has in store. Congrats on the accomplishment, Mary!
Robin Alderman joined Swansea Total Fitness in October 2015. She began at the Senior Fitness Level and is now enjoying the benefits of higher-intensity classes. Robin suffers from COPD and Diabetes, with her exercise routine both have improved tremendously and her doctor is pleased. She also thinks an important aspect of working out is “don’t allow yourself to get bored with exercising – there are so many workout options! Robin says, “All of the staff at SWTF are very personable, friendly and helpful!” Keep up the good work Robin! You have made incredible gains – we are all so proud of you!
Barbara Bergeron joined Seekonk Total Fitness in March 2016. She has been into fitness her entire life and began training with Laurie in January where she has combined both, weight training and cardiovascular exercise into her workout regimen. Barbara’s ultimate goal this year was to lose 20lbs by her birthday. The accomplishments that she has made during the past six months motivate her to be stronger and faster. On top of having more energy and feeling better overall, the diverse training methods with Laurie helps keep Barbara focused, challenged, and always willing to learn new techniques. Congratulations!
Jon Schwartz joined Dartmouth Total Fitness in April 2016. He credits personal trainer James Simmons for getting him through the tough workouts. “I’ve never felt as fit as I do since training with James!” The hard work pays off and Jon knows that first hand – coming in 2nd place in the 2017 Fitness Challenge. When it comes to his fitness, the best tip Jon gives is to stay consistent and challenge yourself by increasing the intensity – “Those are surely the key!” He credits the gyms positive, upbeat, and friendly mood for why he is a loyal member –“It is really appreciated!” Well we appreciate you Jon!
